I have never seen such a bad assistant in my life as this woman. She is rude and inhuman. I do not know what training she has done.

M	Muki Nea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmste Zahnarztpraxis die je in meinen leben gesehen habe. Arzt und Assistenten haben keine Lust auf ihre Arbeit. Habe vorher angerufen um zu fragen ob sie auch Kenntnisse haben für angstpatienten und wo ich hingegangen bin extra auf dem Anmeldeformular fett dazu geschrieben das ich angstpatient bin, der arzt hat mit mir nichts besprochen was gemacht wird sondern hat nur angefangen irgendwas in meinen Mund zu machen und wollte dann anfangen zu bohren wo ich gesagt hab halt stopp wo ist die spritze? Ich mein wofür sag ich das vorher 10 mal und schreibe es noch dazu? Nach seiner "behandlung" waren meine Schmerzen schlimmer und nicht besser,bin daraufhin wieder hingegangen und habe gesagt das ich extreme schnerzen habe die Aussage von der Assistentin "ja das ist normal da können wir nichts machen" danach hab ich das 3 monate durchgedrückt weil ich ihr geglaubt habe.Dr.C hat mir gesagt das passt alles bei meinen Zähnen sind super,bin jz bei wem anderen und im sind die augen aus dem kopf gefallen wo er das gesehen hat und hat nicht geglaubt wie unverantwortlich ein arzt sein kann,wegen falscher Behandlung muss mein zahn gezogen werden was er ja meinte behandelte zu haben,VIELEN Dank aber nie wieder in meinen ganzen Leben und euch würde ich es auch empfehlen!!!! Weil so kurze Wartezeit weil niemand hingeht;) Worst dental office ever seen in my life. Doctors and assistants are not in the mood for their work. I called beforehand to ask if you also have knowledge about anxiety patients and where I went, specifically on the registration form that I am an anxiety patient, the doctor didn't discuss anything with me about what is being done but just started doing something in my mouth and then wanted to start drilling where I said stop stop where is the syringe? I mean, why do I say that 10 times beforehand and write it down? After his "treatment" my pain was worse and not better, so I went back and said that I had extreme jokes the statement from the assistant "yes, that's normal because we can't do anything" after that I pushed through it for 3 months because I did You believed. Dr. C told me that everything fits. My teeth are great, I am with someone else and my eyes fell out of my head where he saw it and did not believe how irresponsible a doctor can be because of wrong treatment my tooth has to be extracted what he said he had treated, MANY THANKS but never again in my whole life and I would recommend it to you too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trotz meiner Deutschen Kassenkarte konnte ich behandelt werden, mir wurde nicht versucht irgendwas zu verkaufen und mir wurde wirklich sehr geholfen. Ich kam rein mit einer Entzündung, entfernten Zahn und dicken Cyste, Dr hat alles richtig einschätzen können. Ich bin sehr froh. Minus: - Als ich mal zum Termin kam, hatten die einfach mal keinen Strom... mussten meinen Termin verschieben. ? Dr Cerepark and the nurses are very friendly, competent and organized. Despite my German cash card I was able to be treated, I was not tried to sell anything and I was really helped a lot. I came in with an infection, a removed tooth and a thick cyst, Dr was able to assess everything correctly. I am very happy. Minus: - When I came to the appointment, they just had no electricity ... had to postpone my appointment. ?

Mich behandelte zwar nicht Dr. Cerepak persönlich, jedoch durfte ich mich von einer sehr lieben weiteren Ärztin in der Praxis behandeln lassen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann die Ordination nur weiterempfehlen!! Very friendly and empathetic practice team! Although I was not treated by Dr. Cerepak personally, but I was allowed to have another very nice doctor treat me in the practice. I would love to come back and can only recommend the ordination!
