★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einigen Jahren ließ ich meine Implantate bei Prof. DDr. Tepper machen. Die ganze Arbeit war großartig und alles verlief wie geplant und wurde mir sehr leicht verständlich erklärt. Letzte Woche war ich wieder für eine Routineuntersuchung bei ihm und alles war in Ordnung!
Prof. Tepper ist ein großartiger Zahnarzt und ich empfehle ihn gerne!
A few years ago I had my implants with Prof. DDr. Make Tepper. All the work has been great and everything went as planned and was explained to me very easily. I went to see him again last week for a routine check-up and everything was fine!
Prof. Tepper is a great dentist and I happily recommend him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich, kompetent, einfach ein super Team. Ich bin schon Jahre bei Dr. Tepper in Behandlung und würde jede einzelne Sitzung dort wieder durchführen lassen.
Beratung, Betreuung und die entsprechenden Behandlungen werden mit größter Sorgfalt durchgeführt.
Ich kann diese Ordination nur bestens weiterempfehlen.
Friendly, competent, just a great team. I've been with Dr. Tepper in treatment and would have every single session done there again.
Advice, support and the corresponding treatments are carried out with the greatest care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meiner Meinung nach kein Zahnarzt, sondern ein Implantat Verkäufer, wollte mir alle Zähne ziehen, obwohl etliche komplett gesund sind, habe auch CT von meinem Ober- und Unterkiefer mitgebracht, hat ihn nicht interessiert, "keine Zeit dafür". Nachträglich bedaure ich, dass ich fast zwei Stunden auf diese respektlose und unsympathische Behandlung gewartet habe. Ganz anders als in den verschiedenen Videos angekündigt. Naja, wenn die Kamera nicht mehr an ist, geht es nur ums Geschäft.
In my opinion, not a dentist, but an implant seller, wanted to pull all my teeth, although some are completely healthy, I also brought CT scans of my upper and lower jaw, he wasn't interested, "no time for it". In retrospect, I regret that I waited almost two hours for this disrespectful and unsympathetic treatment. Completely different than advertised in the various videos. Well, when the camera's off, it's just business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin schon etliche Jahre bei Herrn Professor Tepper Patient und habe von ihm auch schon 2 Implantate mit null Problemen erhalten. Dieses Jahr zu den Feiertagen hatte die Ordination geschlossen und ich mußte auf Grund heftiger Schmerzen einen Arzt konsultieren der geöffnet hatte. Dieser diagnostizierte einen kaputten Weisheitszahn im Unterkiefer und überwies mich zum entfernen des Zahnes an die Kieferambulanz eines Wiener Spitals.
Da ich hier eine längere Wartezeit in Kauf nehmen mußte und die Ordination Tepper zwischenzeitlich wieder geöffnet hatte versuchte ich hier mein Glück und bekam tatsächlich innerhalb von zwei Tagen einen Termin.
Der Herr Professor sah sich den Fall kurz an, meinte da brauchen wir kein Spital und hatte den Zahn innerhalb von Sekunden entfernt! ich brauchte nachher nicht mal ein Schmerzmedikament.
Diesen Top Arzt würde ich vor den Titeln Prof. DDR. auch noch gerne das Prädikat Mensch verleihen da er mit mit seiner einfühlsamen Art immer auf Augenhöhe mit seinen Patienten kommuniziert und man hier nie das Gefühl hat eben nur ein Patient von vielen zu sein!!
I have been a patient of Professor Tepper for several years and have already received 2 implants from him with no problems. This year for the holidays the surgery was closed and due to severe pain I had to consult a doctor who was open. He diagnosed a broken wisdom tooth in the lower jaw and referred me to the maxillofacial outpatient clinic of a Viennese hospital to have the tooth removed.
Since I had to put up with a longer waiting time here and the Tepper ordination had reopened in the meantime, I tried my luck here and actually got an appointment within two days.
The professor took a quick look at the case, said we don't need a hospital and had the tooth removed within seconds! I didn't even need pain medication afterwards.
I would put this top doctor before the titles Prof. DDR. I also like to give the predicate human because he always communicates with his patients at eye level with his empathetic way and you never have the feeling to be just one patient of many!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: The dentist himself has contacted me and was sorry for my experience with his assistants. He was very polite, communicated in English and assured me that he would address with his team the issues of English communication by his team and to provide better customer service to the international community. They also mailed the images to my home address. It was good to see his commitment and willingness to solve this matter in a fast and professional way! So I upgraded the stars!
If I could give zero star, it would still not be enough to explain the horrible service from this people!! I paid 330 euros to do the x rays and for consultation, and I needed the original xrays to be sent to me. I waited three weeks, after many emails and calls! The assistants speak zero English and give zero effort to try, actually she hang up on me when I was calling to ask why I have to wait three weeks to receive the xrays!! After a month, I received email with a jpg image that looks like one of them just took a photo of the screen of xray!
If you are an expat or don't speak German, stay away from this place! Rude, unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with Prof. Dr. Gabor Tepper scheduled for today at 9:00. I arrived at 8:45 in order to fill in the necessary forms required for new patients like me. I then waited until 10:10, but nobody called me. At 10:10 I went to the receptionist to ask her what’s happening and she said that I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes. After hearing this I said good-bye and I left.
Now, Dr. Tepper might be a great dentist and a wonderful human being, but there are two things that are clear from my experience today:
1. This practice is poorly managed. Someone could have at least come to me during my 70 minutes of waiting to let me know what was going on.
2. There is no genuine respect for the patients’ time here. Including the time needed to get to the practice, I waisted one entire morning for absolutely nothing.
I also have to note that in the waiting room there were at times up to 9 patients waiting, which in these days of rising new cases of Covid in Vienna is less than ideal.
