Auf meine Anfrage zu einem Akuttermin bekam ich nur die prompte Antwort: "dann müssen Sie halt woanders hingehen" ..ich bin sprachlos! No Akuttermin possible. Next appointment in 4 months !! On my request for an Akuttermin I only got the prompt answer: "then you have to go somewhere else" .. I'm speechless!

"im Jänner hätten wir Zeit, aber jetzt müssen wir erst einmal unsere bestehenden Patienten versorgen" Kundenorientierung im österreichischen schlechten Durchschnitt. Unfortunately, just like all other doctors. Despite an open wound, I don't get an appointment there ... Ich bin sprachlos und das als Wahlarztpraxis. Offensichtlich ein unbrauchbares Zeitmanagement. Despite the acute rash in my 11-month-old baby, as a "new patient" I was offered an appointment in 2 months! Otherwise I should look elsewhere. I am speechless and that as an elective doctor's practice. Obviously an unusable time management.
