I	Isabella Prein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin eigentlich Patientin von Herrn Dr. Baumgartner, aber Mittwoch abends akute Zahnschmerzen bekommen und in der Ordination angerufen, da diese bis 20 Uhr geöffnet war. Sofort konnte ich kommen und es wurde ein Röntgen gemacht ohne Wartezeit. Frau Dr. Lang sagte mir, dass mein Zahn im "Gatsch" liegt und entfernt werden muss,da total entzündet. Ich hatte panische Angst, da ich von Kindheit an immer Angstpatient war, aber sie war großartig ?. Vielen lieben Dank für die professionelle Betreuung, auch von Seiten der Assistentinnen. Mfg Prein Isabella I am actually a patient of Dr. Baumgartner, but got acute toothache on Wednesday evening and called the ordination, as it was open until 8 p.m. I was able to come immediately and an X-ray was taken without waiting. Miss Dr. Lang told me that my tooth was in the "mud" and had to be removed because it was totally inflamed. I was terrified as I was always a scared patient from childhood, but she was great ?. S	Steffen Senske on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einer längeren Odyssee durch mehrere Grazer Praxen bin ich hier mit vollster Zufriedenheit hängen geblieben. Die Praxis selbst ist modern eingerichtet (kein Frankensteinfeeling ;)) und das Personal sehr nett. Das für mich wichtigste Kriterium ist jedoch die behandelnde Zahnärztin. Sie wirkte nie gestresst, ist immer super freundlich und während der Behandlung erklärt Sie einem auf verständliche Weise, was Sie gerade warum macht. Mittlerweile kommen Frau und Kind ebenfalls zu ihr. Weiter so! After a long odyssey through several Graz practices, I got stuck here with complete satisfaction. The practice itself is modern (no Frankenstein feeling;)) and the staff is very nice. The most important criterion for me, however, is the treating dentist. She never seemed stressed, is always super friendly and during the treatment she explains in an understandable way what she is doing and why. Meanwhile, wife and child also come to her. Keep it up!
