D	Daniela Puchholz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ging mit einer extrem schmerzenden Entzündung beim Weisheitszahn zur Bendarei. Dort wurde mir aber nichts gegen das Problem verschrieben sondern lediglich gesagt, ich solle doch das Zahnfleisch massieren, damit das Eiter rausgeht. Das später dann die Betäubungsspritze eventuell nicht wirken würde, sollte noch etwas entzündet sein wenn man mir den Zahn zieht, hat man mir nicht gesagt! Zusätzlich wurde mir dann gesagt, dass mir der Kieferorthopäde den Weisheitszahn ziehen muss und das dies 150€ kosten würde! 150€ für eine Kassenleistung abzuzocken ist eine absolute Frechheit und ich möchte garnicht wissen wie oft die Bendarei dies mit Patienten macht, die das leider nicht wissen! Habe mich dann an einen anderen sehr kompetenzen Zahnarzt gewendet der mir zu allererst etwas gegen die Entzündung verschrieben hat und mir später meinen Zahn gezogen hat! Ich kann die Bendarei absolut nicht empfehlen und werde keinem in meiner Umgebung dazu raten dorthin zu gehen! Went to Bendarei with an extremely painful inflammation at the wisdom tooth. In addition, I was then told that the orthodontist must pull me the wisdom tooth and this would cost € 150! 150 € for a cash benefit is an absolute impudence and I do not want to know how often the Bendarei makes this with patients who unfortunately do not know! I then turned to another very competent dentist who first of all prescribed something against the inflammation and later pulled my tooth! I absolutely can not recommend the Bendarei and will not recommend anyone in my area to go there!

Good Dentist & Orthodontist, have been very satisfied with children for 2 years. No waiting time, which is very important for us.

Sowohl die Dame am Telefon, als auch die Zahnarzthelferin, waren sehr, sehr nett und freundlich zu uns. Dr. Benda hat das Problem sofort, einfühlsam und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit behoben. Der Umgang mit Jugendlichen war außergewöhnlich gut! Ich möchte mich bei dem gesamten Team bedanken! My son (as a new patient) was allowed to come on the same day because of an accident. Both the lady on the phone and the dental assistant were very, very nice and friendly to us. Dr. Benda resolved the problem immediately, sensitively and to our complete satisfaction. Dealing with young people was exceptionally good! I would like to thank the entire team!

Innerhalb von 10min wurde ich aufgenommen, geröngt, angeschaut, betäubt und der weisheitszahn war draußen. So schnell und unkompliziert wurde ich noch nie bahandelt. Besonders weil ich kein Stammkunde bin. Will unbedingt meine 3 anderen Weisheitszähne bei Dr Benda ziehen lassen. Bin so glücklich endlich nach einer Woche Schmerzen und unendlich vielen Gesprächen mit Zahnärzten jemanden gefunden zu haben und noch dazu in 10min alles zu erledigen. Wirklich top! Nett, freundlich, kompetent und professionell. Went there for the first time today due to severe pain in the jaw. Within 10 minutes I was admitted, x-rayed, looked at, anesthetized and the wisdom tooth was out. I have never been treated so quickly and easily. Especially since I'm not a regular customer. I really want to have my 3 other wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Benda. I'm so happy to finally have found someone after a week of pain and endless discussions with dentists and to be able to do everything in 10 minutes. Really great! Nice, friendly, competent and professional.
A	Albanian boay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Sehr schlechter Umgang mit Patienten - nicht verständnisvoll - sehr schlecht gelaunter Arzt! Fühle mich nicht wohl! Werde auch nie mehr dort hingehen. Anstatt dass der Arzt als Helfer meinen Tag verbessert passiert das Gegenteil. Wenn Sie so weiter machen kommt bald keiner mehr. Not recommendable!!! Very bad treatment of patients - not understanding - very bad tempered doctor! I don't feel well! Will never go there again. Instead of the doctor as a helper improving my day, the opposite happens. If you keep going like this, soon no one will come.
