Ich kann nur sagen: Weiter so I am very satisfied, so far I have not waited longer than 15 minutes. The treatment and advice has so far been excellent. I can only say: keep it up

Besonders möchte ich auch Violetta "hervorheben" Sie ist ein Genie, Sie liebt Ihren Beruf, das merkt ein Blinder, bin eher "Angstpatient" aber Violetta macht einfach die Beste Mundhygiene in ganz Wien und Sie schafft es das selbst ich nicht in Panik ausbreche. Diese Praxis verdient nicht 5 sondern 6 Sterne! Great dentist! I would especially like to "emphasize" Violetta. She is a genius, she loves her job, a blind person notices it, I'm more of a "patient with fear" but Violetta simply does the best oral hygiene in all of Vienna and she manages that even I don't panic. This practice does not deserve 5, but 6 stars!
E	Emina Jugovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nur 2 Sterne, weil ich heute angerufen haben um einen Termin zu bekommen weil ich sehr starke Schmerzen habe. Die Dame am Telefon sagte mir sie könnte mir keinen Termin geben weil ich vor 2 Jahren im Mai 2 Termine nicht wahrgenommen habe und sie jetzt von mir 400 Euro Kaution verlangt und ich krieg das Geld dann wenn ich den Termin wahrnehme. So ich bin mir bewusst das es meine Schuld war das ich die Termine nicht abgesagt habe aber dann denke ich mir 400 Euro sind nicht wenig und vielleicht kriege ich das Geld erst in einem Monat wieder wo ich eben den Termin bekomme und es ist leider Gottes so das man nicht Geld im Überfluss hat in den Corona Zeiten. Ich finde es sehr schade weil ich eigentlich super zufrieden mit dem Ärzten dort bin und die mir meine Angst vorm Zahnarzt weggenommen haben. Jetzt muss ich mich wo anders behandeln lassen weil ich die Schmerzen nicht ertrage,man sollte vielleicht nicht zu streng sein was das nicht einhalten von Terminen geht weil so verliert man auch Patienten. Schade Unfortunately only 2 stars, because I called today to get an appointment because I am in a lot of pain. The lady on the phone told me she couldn't give me an appointment because 2 years ago in May I missed 2 appointments and now she demands a 400 euro deposit from me and I get the money when I keep the appointment. So I am aware that it was my fault that I did not cancel the appointments, but then I think 400 euros are not little and maybe I will only get the money back in a month when I get the appointment and unfortunately it's like that that you don't have an abundance of money in the Corona times. I think it's a shame because I'm actually super satisfied with the doctors there and they have taken away my fear of the dentist. Now I have to get treated elsewhere because I can't stand the pain, maybe you shouldn't be too strict about not keeping appointments because that's how you lose patients. Pity
