Keine langen Wartezeiten,man bekommt sehr schnell einen Termin,man nimmt sich Zeit für den Patienten und ist wirklich kompetent auch bei Problemen die normal nur ein Orthopäde macht.Auch seine Assistentin macht einen tollen Job alle immer sehr nett. Ich kann die Ordination nur weiter empfehlen!!! Our family doctor is the best! No long waiting times, you get an appointment very quickly, you take time for the patient and are really competent even with problems that normally only an orthopedic surgeon does. His assistant also does a great job, everyone is always very nice. I can only recommend the ordination !!!

Ich war als neue Patientin dort und bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Ich wurde nichts bezüglich meiner Vorgeschichte oder der gleichen gefragt. Es wurde kein Interesse gezeigt. Während der Untersuchung wurde ich angesehen als wäre ich ein Alien, sehr unangenehm. Ich hoffe ich kann zu meinem alten Arzt zurück. The ordination assistant was very friendly. I quickly got an appointment. The wait was also short. The premises are nice and clean. I was there as a new patient and am quite disappointed. I was not asked anything about my history or the like. No interest was shown. During the investigation, I was considered to be an alien, very uncomfortable. I hope I can go back to my old doctor.

Die Dame am Empfang ist äußerst Freundlich und Höflich und dieses auch am Telefon. Terminvereinbarungen laufen sehr Zügig und Flott ab. Wartezeiten sind jedoch Einzuplanen diese sind aber sehr Kurz. Rezept ausstellungen laufen sehr flott und flüssig ab ohne Wartezeit. Very good medic, friendly as well as polite. A good listener with medical competence and empathy for the patient. Total schade, denn sonst wäre alles in Ordnung. Ms. and Mr. Kopecky are very nice and helpful, the lady at the counter is very moody, you really don't feel like standing in line and explaining to HER why you are there, and she can be very unfriendly, being on the phone is also quite difficult and therefore I have to subtract two stars. It's a shame, otherwise everything would be fine.

Dass ausschließlich Termine vergeben werden ist perfekt, so erspart man sich lange Wartezeiten. Ein besonderer Engel ist Martina Kopecky, die Vieles auch elektronisch erledigt und sich sehr um die Patienten kümmert. I find Dr. Kopecky professionally very competent, friendly, courteous and always extremely hard-working. The fact that only appointments are given is perfect, so you save long waiting times.
