A nice, competent and sensitive doctor. Good diagnostician and a soothing charisma. Your team is also very polite and hard-working.

Sie ist eine gute Diagnostikerin, einfühlsam, wertschätzend und nimmt sich für jede/n PatientIn so viel Zeit wie benötigt wird. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Ordination total überlaufen ist und man ohne Termin sehr lange warten muss. Ich empfehle unbedingt einen Termin auszumachen. Miss Dr. Krainer is a great doctor. She is a good diagnostician, empathetic, appreciative and takes as much time as is needed for each patient. The only downer is that the ordination is totally overcrowded and you have to wait a long time without an appointment. I strongly recommend making an appointment.
t	tia deux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Praxis is komplett überlaufen, ich habe beim letzten Besuch 4 Stunden gewartet, teilweise nicht einmal ein Platz zum sitzen für alte kranke Menschen. Ansteckungsgefahr natürlich auch prima wenn alle zusammengepfercht husten. Beim heutigen Besuch bin ich erst gar nicht bei den unfreundlichen Besen am Empfang vorbeigekommen weil ich meine e card nicht mithatte und sie auch zu Hause holen wollte während der sicher wieder 3 Stunden Wartezeit. Jetzt muss ich am Montag wiederkommen und bekomme meine dringenden Medikamente übers Wochenende nicht:( Traurig wenn solche Menschen arbeiten, wo man denkt Ärzte sollen helfen. Ich würde mir überlegen ob ein Call Center nicht die bessere Berufswahl ist oder noch besser Justizwachbeamtin um die schlechte Laune und den Frust auszuleben. Außerdem ist vielleicht ein Patienstop eine Option, wenn man eh schon so überlaufen und überfordert ist. The practice is completely overcrowded, I waited 4 hours during the last visit, sometimes not even a place to sit for old sick people. Danger of infection, of course, also great when everyone is coughing cramped. At today's visit, I did not even pass by the unfriendly broom at the reception because I did not have my e card with me and wanted to pick it up at home during the 3-hour waiting period. Now I have to come back on Monday and do not get my urgent medication over the weekend :( Sad when such people work, where you think doctors should help, I would consider if a call center is not a better career choice or even better Judicial guard to the bad mood and live the frustration. In addition, a Patienstop is an option if you are already so overcrowded and overwhelmed.
C	Celia Höflechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Krainer ist meine Hausärztin und ich bin mit ihr überaus zufrieden. Ich war bis jetzt immer nur in mehr oder weniger akuten Fällen (Augen- bzw. Ohrenentzündung) bei ihr. Die Wartezeit war in Ordnung, obwohl ich nie einen Termin hatte und sie hat sich trotzdem immer Zeit genommen. Auch die Studenten waren immer sehr nett. Dr. Krainer is my family doctor and I am extremely satisfied with her. Up until now I have only ever been with her in more or less acute cases (eye or ear infections). The waiting time was fine, although I never had an appointment and she always took the time. The students were always very nice too.

Super nice doctor !! Didn't have an appointment and didn't have to wait long. She really takes the time for her patients! Staff is really nice too!

Dr. Krainer macht auf mich einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck und ich fühle mich bei ihr gut behandelt. Auch wird sich für die Patientinnen ausreichend Zeit genommen. Dr. Krainer and the entire practice team are extremely nice. The waiting times are perfectly okay, even in pandemic and flu times without an appointment. Dr. Krainer makes a very competent impression on me and I feel well treated by her. Sufficient time is also taken for the patients.
