D	Dr. Pichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden schon fast 10 Jahre dort. Die Geschichte mit den Wartezeiten oder unfreundlichem Personal versteht man und verzeiht man, wenn man 1. Weiß wie viele Leute ( Patienten) manchmal dort sind und 2. Erkennt dass beim Angebot für Patienten mit nicht deutsch als Muttersprache in der Kommunikation manchmal Missverständnisse entstehen. I've been very happy there for almost 10 years. The story of the waiting times or unfriendly staff can be understood and forgiven if you 1. Know how many people (patients) are sometimes there and 2. Recognize that there are sometimes misunderstandings in communication for patients with non-German as their mother tongue.

Als ich der Arzthelferin mitteilte, dass ich neu in der Stadt bin und noch keinen „Hausarzt“ in Graz habe, ich leider auch keinen Termin vereinbaren konnte, weil es mir akut sehr schlecht ging, wies sie mich schroff ab, meinte es gibt einen „Fehler im System“ und ich solle zu irgendeinem anderen Arzt gehen - ich kenne ja vermutlich noch welche. Als ich nochmal verdattert nachfragte, sagte sie mir nochmals ich solle woanders hingehen. Ich fand das Verhalten und zudem die wenig zuvorkommende Dame (sie hätte mir zumind. einen Vertretungsarzt nennen können/müssen) einer kranken Person gegenüber alles andere als in Ordnung. Was in the practice this morning right when it opened. No other patients besides me. When I informed the nurse that I was new in the city and that I did not have a "family doctor" in Graz, unfortunately I could not make an appointment because I was acutely bad, she rejected me abruptly, saying there was a " Error in the system “and I should go to some other doctor - I probably still know some. When I asked again, confused, she told me again I should go somewhere else. I found the behavior and also the not very courteous lady (she could / should have called me at least a substitute doctor) towards a sick person anything but okay.
