Very competent and friendly doctor, takes his time, listens. A really great team from the reception to the doctor's assistant. No long waiting times.

Das Prozedere war natürlich nicht angenehm aber eine Narkose wäre unverhältnismäßig gewesen. Ich fühlte mich zu jeder Zeit in guten Händen. I was very satisfied with the care and treatment (gastroscopy). The procedure was of course not pleasant, but anesthesia would have been disproportionate. I felt in good hands at all times.

J	Johannes Eggarter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Lebensgefährtin hatte kürzlich bei Dr. Zauner eine Darmspiegelung. Ich begleitete sie damals persönlich, zwecks "nicht Autofahren" danach usw. Schon beim Eintritt in diese Praxis bemerkte ich eine gestresste Assistentin. Kann ja auch mal vorkommen. Aber die Untersuchung meiner Lebensgefährtin lief keinesfalls so patientenschonend wie diese immer angepriesen wird. Sofort beim Verlassen der Arztpraxis beschwerte sich meine "LG", dass sie jeden cm ihrer Darmspiegelung, trotz Spritzmittel in diesen sog. "Dämmerschlaf", mitbekommen hatte, welches sie dem Arzt auch in Form von Schmerzen mitteilte. Dieser sagte immer nur: "Wir sind ja eh gleich fertig"! Kurze Zeit nach der Untersuchung bekam sie einen gr. "Dübel" an der Einspritzsstelle und war auch ganz blau dort. Scheinbar total verstochen und deshalb dürfte das mit dem "Dämmerschlaf" auch nicht funktioniert haben. Die Assistentin legte ihr beim Verlassen der Praxis noch gleich nahe einen Termin für eine Magenspiegelung zu buchen, welchen sie in dieser Praxis dankend gerne ablehnte ... My partner recently visited Dr. Zauner a colonoscopy. I accompanied her personally at the time, for the purpose of "not driving a car" afterwards, etc. As soon as I entered this practice, I noticed a stressed assistant. Can also happen. But the examination of my partner was by no means as patient-friendly as it is always advertised. Immediately after leaving the doctor's office, my "LG" complained that she had noticed every inch of her colonoscopy, despite injections in this so-called "twilight sleep", which she also reported to the doctor in the form of pain. He always said: "We'll be finished soon anyway"! A short time after the examination, she received a large "dowel" at the injection point and was also completely blue there. Apparently totally screwed up and that is why the "twilight sleep" should not have worked either. When she left the practice, the assistant suggested booking an appointment for a gastroscopy, which she thankfully declined in this practice ...

Es ist ihnen egal, was die ankommenden Patienten fühlen. Sie schätzen die Werkzeuge, die sie verwenden, mehr als die Patienten. Während der Gastroskopie haben Sie auf jeden Fall starke Schmerzen. I never recommend. They are both xenophobic and very disrespectful. Especially helpful staff is very disrespectful. They don't care what the incoming patients feel. They value the tools they use more than the patients. In any case, you will experience severe pain during the gastroscopy.
