Friendly, flexible! The ladies at the front desk do their best. Very good treatment and care! Great, if you have such a family doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pat. wird abgewiesen, obwohl der Arzt Notdienst hat. Ich finde sowas gar nicht in Ordnung, dass man die Patienten ins Krankenhaus weiterleitet, ohne man weiß, was der Patient überhaupt hat. Sehr unverschämt und unfreundlich.
The patient is rejected even though the doctor is on emergency duty. I don't think it's okay at all to forward patients to the hospital without knowing what the patient actually has. Very rude and unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter kompetenter Arzt der Dr. Dressel. Termin vereinbarung ist super kaum warte zeit. Kann viele Rezessionen nicht nachvollziehen. Daumen hoch.
Nice competent doctor from Dr. Dressel. Making an appointment is great, hardly any waiting time. Can't understand many recessions. Thumbs up.

He just writes down medication without an examination .. I can't recommend anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den ganzen Tag versuche ich jemanden in der Praxis zu erreichen. Es ist jedesmal deutlich zu hören dass jemand abnimmt und mich in die Warteschleife weiterleitet. Sogar nach 32 Minuten waren sich die Assistentinen zu gut um ein Telefon in die Hand zu nehmen und den Patienten mittzuteilen, dass keine Termine mehr zu vergeben sind. Andere Ärzte schicken einen zu seinem Hausarzt, meiner nimmt keine Termine an - Professionelle Einstellung ?
I try to reach someone in practice all day. Every time you can clearly hear that someone is picking up and forwarding me to the queue. Even after 32 minutes, the assistants were too good to pick up a phone and tell the patients that there were no appointments left. Other doctors send one to his family doctor, mine doesn't take appointments - professional attitude ?
