Um eine Termin absagen zu können muss ich extra in die Ordination fahren, weil sich keiner gemüßigt fühlt an das Telefon zu gehen und obendrauf noch eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit für nichts. Ich empfehle dringend Personal einzustellen!
 Terribly badly organized. Horrible waiting times - permanent condition! To be able to cancel an appointment, I have to go to the ordination, because nobody feels idle to answer the phone and on top of that I have to wait half an hour for nothing. I strongly recommend hiring staff!
