Ich habe selten mit so einer unsympathischen, unfreundlichen und frustrierten Person telefoniert, wie mit dieser "Dame". Ich bin mir vorgekommen wie ein kleines Kind das von einer wildfremden hochnäsigen Person getadelt wird. Die Stimme am Telefon ist die Visitenkarte eines Betriebs. Diese Visitenkarte wurde schon 100x zerknüllt und in die Tonne geworfen. Warum nur sind der Grossteil dieser Damen so frustriert? Und warum setzt man so etwas ans Telefon oder zum Kundenempfang? .. ist mir schleierhaft... This rating relates ONLY to the office hours help. I have seldom spoken on the phone with such an unsympathetic, unfriendly and frustrated person as this "lady". I felt like a small child being reprimanded by a total stranger, snooty person. The voice on the phone is a company's calling card. This business card has already been crumpled up 100 times and thrown in the bin. Why are the majority of these ladies so frustrated? And why do you put something like that on the phone or to receive customers? .. is a mystery to me ...

Wartezeiten sind ok, da er sich gerne Zeit nimmt für seine Patienten und der Sache auf den Grund gehen möchte. Die Ordigehilfinnen sind sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Ich fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und kann diese Ordi nur empfehlen. Weiter so ;-) A highly competent top team, very friendly even in stressful times. Waiting times are okay because he likes to take time for his patients and wants to get to the bottom of the matter. The clerks are very friendly and understanding. I feel very well looked after and can only recommend this Ordi. Keep it up ;-)
