A	An Ja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezimmer hilflos überfüllt. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Keine empfängt einen. Irgendwann kommt dann mal jemand raus. Wir wollten zu diesem Arzt weil wir neu zugezogen sind und wir suchten jemand der kompetent und lieb zu unseren zwei kleinen Kindern ist. Wir sind sozusagen zu einem kennenlernen gekommen ohne akute schmerzen. Aber als wir die Röntgenbilder verweigert haben sind wir direkt in Ungnade gefallen. Die behandelnde Ärztin hat uns nicht wirklich angeschaut. Eine Ferndiagnose über Telefon hätte den selben Effekt gehabt. Nie wieder und keine Empfehlung. Waiting room helplessly crowded. There is no reception. No one receives you. At some point someone comes out. We wanted to see this doctor because we were new and we were looking for someone who was competent and kind to our two small children. We came to meet you, so to speak, without acute pain. But when we refused the x-rays we fell out of favor. The doctor treating us didn't really look at us. Remote diagnosis over the phone would have had the same effect. Never again and no recommendation.
S	Sandhu Surinder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste nach dem Umzug den Zahnarzt wechseln und hier muss ich unter dem Strich sagen, dass ich enttäuscht wurde, lange Wartezeiten trotz Termins, keine gute Behandlung, keine Aufklärung - wie was gemacht wird, was nötig ist, die gewünschte Behandlung wird nicht durchgeführt eher halb halb, wird nachgefragt, heißt es -> "Es passt schon so". Die Qualität lässt generell in Österreich nach, besser man macht eine private Krankenversicherung oder geht Privat zum Arzt. PS. Gestern war mein letzter Besuch bei denen dort. Had to change the dentist after the move and here I have to say the bottom line that I was disappointed, long waiting times despite appointments, no good treatment, no clarification - how what is done, what is necessary, the desired treatment is not carried out halfway half, is asked, it says -> "It already fits". The quality generally declines in Austria, it is better to take out private health insurance or go to the doctor privately. PS. Yesterday was my last visit to them there.
E	Erik Bergmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War jetzt bei Frau Dr. Scarlat, bin sehr zufrieden mit ihr. Sie ist auch auf meine Wünsche eingegangen (z.B. Spritze vor Behandlung), eben man kann mit ihr reden. Wartezeit war auch minimal, Termin war vereinbart und max. 5 min. gewartet und schon dran gekommen. Auch das restliche Team ist sehr freundlich, am Telefon wie auch in der Ordination. Was now with Dr. Scarlat, I am very happy with her. She also responded to my wishes (e.g. injection before treatment), you can talk to her. Waiting time was also minimal, an appointment was made and max. 5 min. waited and already got it. The rest of the team is also very friendly, both on the phone and in the ordination.

Vor einigen Jahren war ich bei ihm und staunte nicht schlecht, als er mir einen Heilkostenplan von sage und schreibe fast 50.000 € machte. Seiner Meinung nach müssten alle Zähne bei mir gezogen und durch Implantate ersetzt werden. Abgesehen davon, dass ich das Geld nicht hatte, fand ich das auch ziemlich unverschämt. Ich ging daraufhin natürlich zu einem anderen Zahnarzt, der meinte, es sei ein Verbrechen, gesunde Zähne zu ziehen und man sollte doch die alten Zähne solange es geht erhalten. Als ich Herrn Doktor Scarlat eine Absage erteilte, weigerte er sich infolge auch, meine Eltern noch weiter zu behandeln, die jetzt zu seiner Mutter gehen müssen. I cannot recommend the doctor in any way. A few years ago I was with him and was amazed when he made me a medical cost plan of almost € 50,000. In his opinion, all of my teeth would have to be removed and replaced with implants. Apart from the fact that I didn't have the money, I thought that was pretty outrageous. I then went to another dentist who said it was a crime to pull healthy teeth and that you should keep your old teeth as long as possible. As a result, when I refused Doctor Scarlat, he refused to continue treating my parents, who now have to go to his mother.
R	Rainer Ottinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Scarlat ist ein großartiger Zahnarzt. Er vergisst trotz aller fachlichen Kompetenz nicht auf die menschliche Komponente, hat ein Ohr für Ängste und Sorgen. Als jahrelanger Angstpatient fühle ich mich bei ihm perfekt aufgehoben. Ich kann jedem nur wünschen, so einen Zahnarzt zu haben. Auch seine Gattin ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Das restliche Personal ist ebenso sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass diese Ordination entsprechend einer Linie geführt wird, die den Zahnarztbesuch absolut erträglich macht. Vielen Dank dafür! Dr. Scarlat is a great dentist. Despite all his professional competence, he does not forget about the human component and has an ear for fears and worries. As a fear patient for years, I feel that I am in perfect hands with him. I can only wish everyone to have such a dentist. His wife is also highly recommended. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. You notice that this ordination is carried out according to a line that makes the dentist's visit absolutely bearable.
