Dr. Claus Despineux stets freundlich, professionell, äußerst kompetent, ausführlich und genau. Dabei wird komplexes Wissen in jedermann verständliche Worte gefasst. Ein Arzt, der zuhört, dabei analysiert und einfühlsam ist. Auch sein Team ist bestens eingespielt und schließt sich der Kompetenz des Arztes beispiellos an. Dieser Arzt hat mich durch so manche graue Zeit begleitet und mich jedesmal wieder auf die Beine gestellt. Hut ab und ein großes Danke dafür. Ich wünsche Hrn. Mit 3 Kindern wäre dieser HNO Arzt im selben Wohnort natürlich praktisch. So benötigt man jedesmal ein Auto um zu einem HNO nach Linz oder Freistadt auszuweichen. Nichtmal akute Schmerzpatienten werden genommen, weder Erwachsene noch Kinder. Sehr schade! I have been trying to get an appointment with this doctor for 6 years now. There is always a stop of admission. Too bad. With 3 children, this ENT doctor in the same place of residence would of course be useful. So you always need a car to get to an ENT in Linz or Freistadt. Not even acute pain patients are taken, neither adults nor children. What a shame!

Der Arzt sehr kompetent, beantwortet alle Fragen und klärt den Patienten sehr gut und geduldig auf. Durch den respektvolle Umgang des gesamten Teams mit dem Patienten ergibt sich aus meiner Sicht folgender Schluss: So soll's sein in einer Ordination! Herzlichen Dank! Als akuter Schmerzpatient (im Ohr, deswegen das Aufsuchen eines HNO-Arztes und nicht aus Jux und Tollerei) wird man an den Hausarzt verwiesen, obwohl ich aber Patient in dieser Ordination bin…… Sehr schade das man sich so um seine Patienten kümmert! Unfortunately I can only agree with the many entries. As an acute pain patient (in the ear, so you have to go to an ENT doctor and not out of joke) you are referred to your family doctor, although I am a patient in this ordination ... It is a shame that you take care of your patients!

I always feel in good hands in Dr Despineux's ordination. The doctor is very empathetic and the office hours assistants are also very nice.
