I think Dr. Roll takes a lot of time for her patients and is very personable and sensitive. I feel in good hands there.

Ich musste eine andere Erfahrung machen, eine Fehldiagnose bzw unreichende Untersuchung dieser Ärztin hatte für mich weitreichende Folgen. Zudem kümmerte sie sich nach Bekanntwerden nicht weiter darum anscheinend in der Hoffnung man würde es vergessen. Furchtbare Ärztin, furchtbarer Mensch Unfortunately, most people only evaluate after routine examinations where usually not much goes wrong, hence the good ratings of this doctor. I had to have a different experience, a misdiagnosis or insufficient examination of this doctor had far-reaching consequences for me. In addition, after becoming known, she didn't seem to care about it, hoping it would be forgotten. Terrible doctor, terrible person
C	Chrissi Tina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin war mir gegenüber wenig empathisch (Aussagen waren teilweise nicht gut gewählt und für den Moment unpassend). Ich wurde auch unzureichend informiert und mehr oder weniger mit der "Situation" alleine gelassen. Habe mir die Informationen dann selbst aus dem Internet zusammengeklaubt. Auch die Erstuntersuchung wurde von mir als deutlich unangenehmer empfunden als bei den Ärzten zuvor. Als Pluspunkt muss ich sagen, dass ich gleich einen Termin bekam, als ich dachte es stimmt etwas nicht. The doctor was not very empathetic to me (statements were sometimes not well chosen and unsuitable for the moment). I was also insufficiently informed and more or less left alone with the "situation". I then gathered the information myself from the Internet. I also found the initial examination to be significantly more unpleasant than with the doctors before. As a plus, I have to say that I got an appointment straight away when I thought something was wrong.

Im Behandlungszimmer war die Frau Doktor sehe freundlich. Fragte genau, schrieb alles auf und trotzallem das es nur um ein Beschwerdegespräch handelte, wurde ich trotzdem untersucht und eine dementsprechende Therapie durchgeführt/angeboten. Der Terminkalender ist rappelvoll, trotzdem bekam ich einen Kontrolltermin sofort. Ich kann die Praxis wärmstens empfehlen!! In the treatment room the doctor was very friendly. Asked exactly, wrote everything down and despite everything that it was only a complaint discussion, I was examined anyway and a corresponding therapy was carried out / offered. The schedule is jam-packed, but I was given a check-up appointment immediately. I can warmly recommend the practice !! Thank you for the quick and competent help
