A	Adrian Schwierz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute mit meinem Kind (9 Jahre alt, ängstlich) bei ihr, hatten einen Termin um 16:15 Uhr. Dran gekommen um 17:20. Nach der Betäubungsspritze die normale Wartezeit bis sie wirkt von 10 min. Dann wollte sie anfangen, aber mein Kind hatte einfach noch viel zu viel Angst. Dann hat sie mein Kind erstmal belehrt und gemahnt, ruhig zu bleiben. Als das nicht besser wurde, meinte sie nur er müsse jetzt warten bis sie den anderen Patienten fertig mache ca. 1std. Nach 30min hat es mir gereicht und ich habe mich dazu entschlossen, nach Hause zu gehen mit meinem Kind. Am Ende meinte sie noch, sie könne mit meinem Kind nicht arbeiten und ich solle mir einen anderen Zahnarzt suchen. Da war es schon nach 18 Uhr. Nicht zu empfehlen. Unter aller sau wie da mit Kindern umgegangen wird. Ihr sollte man die Lizenz entnehmen. Today with my child (9 years old, anxious) with her, had an appointment at 16:15 clock. Turned around at 17:20. After the anesthetic injection the normal waiting time until it works from 10 min. Then she wanted to start, but my child was just too scared. Then she taught my child and warned her to stay calm. When that did not get better, she just said he had to wait now until she finished the other patient about 1d. After 30min it was enough for me and I decided to go home with my child. In the end, she said she could not work with my child and I should look for another dentist. It was already after 6 pm. Not recommendable. In the meantime it is very easy to deal with children. You should take the license from it.
A	A Alexa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte dort ein komplett Zahnsanierung mit Narkose,die Ärztin ist sehr nett,genau so ihre helferinen auch.Sie geht ganz vorsichtig um mit Angst Patientinnen,ich kann leider dem negative Rezessionen nicht verstehen ,bei mir alles hat super geklappt vielen dank nochmal für das ganzes Team ☺ I had a complete dental restoration there with anesthesia, the doctor is very nice, as are her assistants, she is very careful with anxiety patients, unfortunately I cannot understand the negative recessions, everything worked out great for me, many thanks again for that whole team ☺
A	Ay La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor Jahren in der Ordination wegen mein retainer was gebrochen war, hab so bald wie möglich einen Termin bekommen und wurde gut behandelt der retainer passte super eine sehr professionelle Arbeit geleistet. (Nach Jahren ist mein Draht wieder gebrochen und hab leider eine clinic ausgesucht weil ich gleich am nächsten Tag einen Termin dort bekommen habe und bereu es gerade sehr weil es eine einzige Katastrophe an Arbeit geleistet wurde die verstehen vom werk nichts!) Hätte ich lieber wieder zu Ihnen kommen sollen Deswegen ein Lob an das Team von Dr cichocki Years ago I was in the ordination because my retainer was broken, I got an appointment as soon as possible and was treated well, the retainer was a great fit, a very professional job. (After years my wire broke again and unfortunately I chose a clinic because I got an appointment there the next day and I regret it very much because there was a single disaster at work, they don't understand anything about the factory!) I should have come to see you again Therefore a compliment to the Dr cichocki team
E	Erwin Todorov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr eingebildete und hochnäsige Person wir haben einen Termin nicht wahr nehmen können und auch vergessen abzusagen da wir ein Sterbefall in der Familie hatten (die Oma ) ist verstorben!!!!! Ich hab eine Rechnung von 90€ erhalten ich wollte mich telefonisch dafür entschuldigen und ihr die Sterne Urkunde schicken und sie drum bitten die Honoranote fallen zu lassen sie wollte nicht mal mit reden!!! UNMENSCHLICHKEIT!!!!!!! A very conceited and snooty person, we couldn't keep an appointment and also forgot to cancel because we had a death in the family (the grandma) passed away !!!!! I received an invoice of 90 € I wanted to apologize by phone and send her the star certificate and ask her to drop the honorarium she didn't even want to talk to! INHUMANITY!!!!!!!
M	Manuela Hofstettet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin ein Angstpatient da ich schon sehr oft falsch behandelt wurde. Seit ich in dieser Praxis bin wird es mit jedem mal besser. Da auf mich eingegangen wird und nicht behandelt werde "Sie halten das schon aus" jeder Mensch hat ein anderes Schmerzempfinden. Auch mit meinen Kids bin ich seit sie 9 Monate sind und auch sie waren immer zufrieden. Mein Sohnemann ist jetzt 13 und geht mir nirgendwo anders hin Perfekte Praxis immer freundlich und kompetent. Jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Lg I am an anxious patient because I have been treated incorrectly many times. Since I've been in this practice, it has got better every time. Since I am addressed and not treated, "You can take it" every person has a different sense of pain. I've also been with my kids since they were 9 months old and they were always satisfied too. My son's husband is 13 now and I don't go anywhere else Perfect practice, always friendly and competent. Recommend anytime. Lg

Die Zahnärztin UND das PERSONAL sind sehr freundlich...man kommt auch mal dran OHNE Termin. Ich hatte schon mehrere Zahnärzte durchprobiert aber Frau Claudia Cichocki ist die beste .Auch zu den Kindern ist Sie immer nett und verständnisvoll. I CANNOT understand the people who are giving a bad rating here. The dentist AND the STAFF are very friendly ... you can get on without an appointment. I had already tried several dentists, but Mrs. Claudia Cichocki is the best. She is always nice and understanding with the children too.

Anfangs war er noch kein Angstpatient und zeigte stolz seinen "Ferrari" (Füllung - so werden diese Bezeichnet - in der Praxis) Nach einer Behandlung, Füllung rechts oben fuhren wir 2 Tage danach auf Kurz-Urlaub. Dieser fiel aber noch kürzer aus als geplant. Mein Sohn klagte bereits nach kurzer Zeit über starke Zahnschmerzen im kurz davor behandelten Bereich. Nur mit der Hilfe von Ibuprofen Schmerzmittel (Saft für Kinder) konnten wir die Schmerzen stillen, ein entspannter Urlaub sieht anders aus. Zurück vom Urlaub suchten wir PROFESSIONELLE Hilfe bei einer renommierten Kinderzahnarztpraxis in Salzburg (privat) diese stellte nach Lokalaugenschein fest, dass 2 von 3 Füllungen handwerklich extrem schlecht gemacht wurden, am Röngtenbild zeigte Sie uns das diese Füllungen IN DEN NERV gehen. Was zu sehr starken Schmerzen und zu Entzündungen führt. Abgesehen von den Kosten (~ €1.500,-- inkl. Vollnarkose) ist unser Sohn nun traumatisiert und hat große Angst vom Zahnarzt. Ich persönlich war bei keiner Behandlung bei Frau Doktor Cichocki-Mateju anwesend. Allerdings die Expertise einer Spezialistin ist vernichtend. My partner was in this practice with my son (Paul). At first he was not a scared patient and proudly showed his "Ferrari" (filling - this is how they are called - in the practice). After a treatment, filling on the top right, we went on a short vacation 2 days later. But this was even shorter than planned. After a short time my son complained of severe toothache in the area that was treated shortly before. Only with the help of ibuprofen painkillers (juice for children) were we able to calm the pain, a relaxing holiday looks different. Back from vacation, we looked for PROFESSIONAL help at a renowned children's dentist's practice in Salzburg (private) which, after a local inspection, found that 2 out of 3 fillings were extremely poorly crafted, on the X-ray they showed us that these fillings go INTO NERVES. Which leads to very severe pain and inflammation. Apart from the costs (~ € 1,500 including general anesthesia), our son is now traumatized and is very afraid of the dentist. Personally, I was not present at any treatment with Doctor Cichocki-Mateju. However, the expertise of a specialist is devastating.
M	Monika Musielak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste Zahnärztin bei der ich bisher war. Frau Dr. Cichocki arbeitet sehr ruhig und genau. Sie macht wirklich nur das was man sich wünscht und versucht nicht zu zusätzlichen teuren Behandlungen zu überreden. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich. Praxis sehr gut für Angstpatienten und Kinder geeignet: Die Geräte sind modern und sehr leise. Während der Behandlung läuft Musik und Zeichentrickfilme. Man bekommt schnell einen Termin. Die Wartezeit beträgt zwischen 5 und 20 Min. Das sollte aber für Niemanden ein Problem sein. Modernes Wartezimmer mit Balkon wo man im Sommer ebenfalls sitzen kann. Best dentist I've been to so far. Miss Dr. Cichocki works very calmly and precisely. She really only does what you want and does not try to persuade you to additional expensive treatments. The whole team is very friendly. Practice very well suited for anxious patients and children: the devices are modern and very quiet. Music and cartoons will be played during treatment. You get an appointment quickly. The waiting time is between 5 and 20 minutes. But that shouldn't be a problem for anyone. Modern waiting room with balcony where you can also sit in summer.
