★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach über 30 Jahren beim selben Zahnarzt (er hat den wohlverdienten Ruhestand angetreten) bin ich jetzt bei Dr. Kriegbaum und seinem Team. Allesamt sehr sympathisch und voll kompetent. Der Doktor hat sich Zeit genommen und sich ein genaues Bild über den Zustand meines Gebisses gemacht. Im Gespräch wurde mir bestätigt, dass meine Zähne durch seinen Vorgänger bestens versorgt wurden ???. Er musste gar nicht bohren ?! Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch beim Zahnarzt...
 After more than 30 years with the same dentist (he has gone into well-deserved retirement), I am now with Dr. Kriegbaum and his team. All very personable and fully competent. The doctor took his time and got an accurate picture of the condition of my teeth. During the conversation, it was confirmed to me that my teeth were well taken care of by his predecessor ???. He didn't even have to drill ?! I look forward to my next visit to the dentist...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dem Arzt würde ich 5 Sterne geben, aber die Sprechstundenhilfe macht jeden positiven Eindruck kaputt und mir ist rätselhaft, warum die noch immer dort ist: Hebt für Privatgespräche am Handy ab während sie die Patienten warten lässt, Terminverschiebungen sind extrem unkooperativ, meint gleich man kann ja wo anders hingehen, überheblich, unfreundlich, .... ein Drama!
I would give the doctor 5 stars, but the office hours help ruin any positive impression and it is a mystery to me why it is still there: Pick up the phone for private calls while she lets the patient wait, postponing appointments is extremely uncooperative, so you can say right away yes go somewhere else, arrogant, unfriendly, .... a drama!

Great dentist who takes the time to explain everything in a competent and easy to understand manner. My little son loves going too.
