The doctor is always rude and annoyed, even towards the assistants Getting a prescription is an overcoming, she usually doesn't examine her patients, prefers to stroll around in the ordination, you get the feeling that she doesn't like people.
A	Angie Höller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war letzte Woche bei der Ärztin wegen eines grippalen Infekts. Zur Nachmittags-Ordination war ich die erste Patientin, was leider nicht viel geholfen hat. Die Ärztin macht lieber Empfangs- und Büroarbeiten als sich um die Patienten zu kümmern. Nach fast einer Stunde im Wartebereich wurde ich im Schnellverfahren abgewimmelt, mit einem Rezept für Antibiotika abgespeist (was bei grippalem Infekt nicht wirklich was bringt). Der Umgangston war auch dementsprechend. Warum diese Frau Ärztin ist erschließt sich mir nicht. NIE MEHR! I went to the doctor last week for a flu infection. For the afternoon-ordination, I was the first patient, which unfortunately did not help much. The doctor prefers reception and office work rather than caring for the patients. After almost an hour in the waiting area I was abgewimmelt in the quick process, fed with a prescription for antibiotics (which does not really bring in flu-like infection). The tone was also accordingly. Why this woman is a doctor is not revealed to me. NO MORE!

J	Jörg Krug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier in der Ordination immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ein einziges Mal musste ich länger warten (ca. 1 h), aber da hat sich Fr. Dr. Stauber mehrfach dafür entschuldigt. Sonst war ich immer schnell dran, wurde kompetent beraten/verarztet/untersucht und hatte auch noch Zeit, Fragen zu stellen. I've always had good experiences here at the surgery. One time I had to wait longer (about 1 h), but there was Fr. Stauber apologized several times for it. Otherwise I was always fast, was competently advised / doctored / examined and also had time to ask questions.
R	Race- less on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist unglaublich Tagesabhängig. Ich bin seit über einem Jahr bei dieser Ärtzin und ich habe positive und besonders negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Dazu muss ich sagen dass es eine neue Rezeptionistin gibt die vielversprechend freundlich ist. Die Frau Doktor ist oft sehr freundlich und hört einem auch zu. Nur einmal hatte ich leider den Fall das ich etwas gebraucht habe und es nicht bekommen habe weil die Ärtzin meinte ich bräuchte es nicht. Nach weiteren Analysen ist ihr klar geworden dass ich doch dringen diese spezielle Behandlung brauche. Egal. Ich bleibe weiterhin bei ihr weil sie gute Ordinationszeiten hat, und ich langsam mit ihr warm werde. Und jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag. It's incredibly dependent on the day. I have been with this doctor for over a year and have had positive and particularly negative experiences. I have to say that there is a new receptionist who is promisingly friendly. The doctor is often very friendly and also listens to you. Only once did I have the case that I needed something and didn't get it because the doctor said I didn't need it. After further analysis, she realized that I urgently need this special treatment. No matter. I continue to stay with her because she has good ordination times and I'm slowly getting warm with her. And everyone has a bad day.

Rief eine halbe Stunde vor Ordinations Schluß an und bat aufgrund massiver Schmerzen um einen Termin. Nach Rücksprache mit der Ärztin "erlaubte" die Assistentin noch ein Vorbeikommen. Die Bedingung war aber das Erscheinen meinerseits in 5 bis max. 10 Minuten. Wurde meinerseits auch eingehalten. Hatte trotzdem Pech. Während ich bei der Anmeldung gewartet habe, verließ die gute Dame bereits die Ordination. Die Diagnose und Therapie und Verschreibung der Antibiotika erledigte dann die Assistentin nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit der lieben Frau Doktor. Den von der Assistentin vorgegebenen Kontrolltermin 3 Tage später hab ich mir dann gespart .... ein Stern ist einer zu viel ... NoGo....? Unfortunately, I had to go to this surgery because my family doctor was on vacation. Called half an hour before the end of the surgery and asked for an appointment because of the massive pain. After consultation with the doctor, the assistant "allowed" another visit. However, the condition was that I appeared in 5 to max. 10 minutes. Was also complied with on my part. Still unlucky. While I was waiting to register, the good lady was already leaving the surgery. The diagnosis and therapy and the prescription of the antibiotics were then carried out by the assistant after a telephone consultation with the dear doctor. I saved myself the check-up appointment 3 days later given by the assistant.... one star is one too many... NoGo....?
M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ funny the exactly same thing( same as the below review) happened to me i had mean cold, sore throat, headaches with high fever and went to see her despite barely on my feet alone and i was well 50 min before closing time (the opening hours were on the door, i looked) and she sent me home before i was even able to walk through the door saying they are not accepting any patients anymore today apparently things are different because of the COVID. I explained i can't go to another doctor because they are too far and i'm barely walking because im sick and the answer was why could't i come earlier, like im supposed to anticipate their ever changing opening hours. Then the Doctor was really annoyed and asks me if i understand german do i speak german as if i was talking spanisch before .
