Meine Mutter hatte einen Eiterherd im Kiefer, den der Arzt auf dem Röntgenbild gesehen haben musste und laut späterem Ärztenotdienst auch dringend operiert werden müsste. Er verschrieb meiner Mutter (obwohl schon 2 Herzinfarkte) ein 1000er Antibiotikum und ließ sie unverrichteter Dinge kurz vor Weihnachten ziehen. Die Folge: 2x 5 Stunden incl. Wartezeit beim Ärztenotdienst in der Glockengasse mit eitrigem Kiefer und 2 Wochen danach endlich die rettende OP bei einem anderen kompetenteren Zahnarzt. Jetzt ist meine Mutter endlich auf dem Weg der Besserung. DIESER Arzt wird unsere Familie nie mehr wiedersehen!! Very disappointing! My mother had a pus in her jaw, which the doctor must have seen on the X-ray and which, according to the later emergency medical service, urgently needed an operation. He prescribed a 1000 antibiotic for my mother (although she had already had 2 heart attacks) and let her go without doing anything shortly before Christmas. The result: 2x 5 hours including waiting time at the doctor's emergency service in Glockengasse with a purulent jaw and 2 weeks later finally the saving operation at another more competent dentist. Now my mother is finally on the mend. THIS doctor will never see our family again !!

Dr. Müller und sein Team sind äußerst kompetent und um jeden Patienten bemüht. Jedes schmerzliche Problem wurde rasch und gründlich beseitigt. Die Qualität der Behandlung hat in dieser doch schon großen Zeitspanne nicht im Geringsten nachgelassen. Ein großes Lob auch für seine Assistentinnen, die immer einen freundlichen, herzlichen und kompetenten Umgang mit den PatientenInnen pflegen. Termine werden eingehalten und den Service der Erinnerungen für Mundhygiene oder Kontrollen schätze ich sehr. Viele meiner Bekannten, die Angst vor Zahnärzten haben, habe ich schon erfolgreich an Dr. Müller verwiesen und nur gutes Feedback erhalten. Ich werde auch weiterhin meine Zahngesundheit in die erfahrenen und freundlichen Händen der Ordination Dr. Müller und Team legen. Weiter so. Lg Uschi K. I have been a patient of Dr. Müller. Man spürt bei ihm weder die (gefürchteten) Spritze, noch hatte ich irgendwelche Schmerzen, nachdem er mir sanft einen entzündeten Backenzahn entfernt hat. Ich schätze seine ruhige und überaus präzise Art zu Arbeiten sehr! Als langjährige Patientin habe ich mich bei Herrn Dr. Müller bis jetzt immer gut aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür!
