Ich war im laufe eines jahres zweimal bei ihnen als patientin und mit ihrer hohen kompetenz und der performance ihrer technischen assistentin sehr zufrieden. Umso mehr erstaunt mich das benehmen ihrer vorzimmerdame: der warteraum wird ja von klienten von frau oäin dr müllner, frau mag. Flachhuber und den ihren frequentiert. Derzeit bin ich auch bei den beiden damen patientin, dh mehrmals d woche dort. Ihre vorzimmerdame scheint sich - basierend worauf auch immer - ein gewisse hauptbefugnis über diese allgemeine wartezone zuzugestehen: mehrmals musste ich schon einer ziemlich lauten privatunterhaltung zwischen ihr und anderen anwesenden personen zuhören - im gegensatz dazu verbat sie sich mit einer energischen geste ein telefonat, das ich führte, wobei ich vorher die anwesenden patientinnen um erlaubnis bat. Nachdem ich ihr gesagt habe, dass ich einen Termin habe, hat sie mir gleich gesagt, dass ich "sehr gut Deutsch sprechen kann"!? Danach anstatt beim Röntgen mir zu sagen, wo ich meine Hände hin tun soll, hat sie einfach ganz grob meine Hand genommen und sie dorthin getan wo sie hingehört. Zum Schluss, als ich ihr gesagt habe, dass ich eine Zeitbestätigung für die Arbeit brauche, hat sie deutlich merkbar aufgestöhnt bzw. aufgeatmet. Sogar das fiel ihr zu schwer, obwohl nichts los war (außer mir war nämlich kein einziger Patient im Warteraum). Dr. Mostic war ganz ok. Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit zählen für mich zu den wichtigsten Verhaltensregeln, vor allem in einer Arztpraxis. The chubby, blonde receptionist was not very nice. BIN SCHON LANGE bei ihm Patient er ist kompetent und fachlich ein außerordentlich fantastischer Chirurg sowie Zahnarzt. Aber um eines nicht zu Vergessen die Empfangsdame an der Rezeption erklärt fachliche Sachen wie Kronen Implantate Operationen sehr ruhig und angepasst so das die anderen nichts mitbekommen. Sie ist eine Frohnatur wie man sie nur wünschen mag in einem sehr heiklen und Gesundheits orientierten Beruf Das Team bekommt 5Sterne samt tollen Arzt ich komme immer wieder gern. . Angefangen von der Empfangsdame bis zur Assistentin und natürlich Hr. Dr. Mostic selbst alles mit Ruhe erledigt und äußerst kompetent!! Jederzeit wieder!! Meine Zahnärztin wollte die Weisheitszähne aufgrund der Lage nicht entfernen. Hier war ich bestens aufgehoben. Was this year for the 2nd time with Dr. Mostic. The remaining wisdom teeth were removed. Die Dame am Empfang hat mir schon vor der Behandlung einige Fragen beantwortet was mir ein gutes Gefühl vorab gegeben hat , sehr nette Assistentinnen, störend war nur das Verhalten mancher Patienten die lautstark telefonieren so konnte ich oft nicht verstehen was mir erklärt wurde, finde ich sehr rücksichtslos aber dafür kann ihr Team nichts. Ich habe die Zähne immer noch und absolut keine Probleme. Ich merkte sofort, wie genau, sorgfältig und professionell Herr Mostic arbeitet. Herr ist herzlich, zuvorkommend und super sympathisch. Ich hätte mir schon viel früher solch einen fantastischen Arzt gewünscht...dann wäre mir viel erspart geblieben. ?
