In dieser Arztpraxis herrscht kalte unfreundliche Stimmung. Von den zwei Arztgehilfinnen ist die eine ziemlich unfreundlich, sie gibt einem das Gefühl unwillkommen zu sein. Extrem lange Wartezeiten, mindistens 1-2 Stunden (trotz Termin!!) und die Frau Doktor nimmt sich überhaupt keine Zeit und geht kaum auf die Fragen ein. Sie gibt einem das Gefühl, dass sie dich so schnell wie möglich wieder los werden will. Ich würde dringend von dieser Praxis abraten, vor allem während der Schwangerschaft, so ein freudiges und schönes Erlebniss sollte sich keine Patientin verderben lassen.

Ich bin jetzt seit ca. 3 Jahren bei Dr. Wiesenthal und bin extrem zufrieden. Ich finde sie und ihre Tochter sehr freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Vertretungen bis jetzt immer sehr nett, bemüht und kompetent. Wartezeiten sind schon sehr lange, aber bei welchem Kassenarzt kommt man schon sofort dran!? Vor einigen Monaten habe ich mir die Kupferspirale einsetzen lassen und möchte seitdem keine andere Frauenärztin, da sie mich wirklich gut vorbereitet hat und auch sehr auf mich und meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist. TOP!

Ich bin eine neue Patientin bei der Frau Doktor. Sie ist sehr geduldig und nett. Fragt viel nach und kümmert sich um das Wohlergehen ihrer Patientinnen. Update nach einem Jahr: Nein nein nein!!! Auf keinen Fall. Diese Frau sollte schon längst in Pension sein. 1. Extreeem lange Wartezeiten (min. 2 Stunden) und dann nur kurzer Besuch drinnen! 2. Sie war am Anfang nett aber danach hat sie sich nie wirklich viel Zeit für mich genommen. Eher unsympathisch. Man fühlt sich so, als würde sie einem nicht richtig zuhören oder es kümmert sie einfach wirklich nicht. Auch oft ein vorwerfender Ton in ihrer Stimme. 3. Oft einfach ein Rezept aufgeschrieben, ohne zu erklären was ich habe, und wenn man dann genauer nachfragt, war sie gleich genervt. 4. Falsche Prognosen!! War teilweise wie ein Ratespiel (Zuerst hat sie auf Eileiterschwangerschaft getippt, dann doch auf Eierstockentzündung, dann doch auf Darm und dann irgendwann Zyste) 5. Sehr unorganized - ich musste 5 mal nachfragen ob mein Befund schon per Post angekommen ist, es wurde immer verneint, dann doch nachgeschaut und siehe da... Es sind so viele Sachen nicht in Ordnung gewesen in diesem Jahr. Ich war geduldig aber jetzt reicht es.

Für jede Ultraschalluntersuchung Geld abknöpfen find ich ein bisschen happig. Wahnsinnig garstige Ordinationsdamen, die jede Gelegenheit wahrnehmen einen im barschen Ton zurecht zu weisen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Eines der unfreundlichsten Menschen, die ich je gesehen habe! Die Ärztin ist ganz nett falls sie mal einen guten Tag hat, aber die Ordination ist FURCHTBAR!! Selten habe ich solch unhöfliche Menschen kennenlernen dürfen. Der Respekt ist gar nicht da, vor allem nicht vor meiner ausländischen Mutter. Bis jetzt hatten wir noch nie Probleme mit anderen Ärzten oder der Ordination gehabt, aber die hier ist einfach schrecklich. Uns sind die langen Wartezeiten recht egal, uns ist die Kompetenz wichtig. Kompetent ist die Ärztin sehr wohl, aber die unangenehme und grausige Atmosphäre mit der man bei der Ordination begrüßt wird ist einfach unerträglich!

In what I've come to learn is somewhat typical Viennese fashion, she had her clients wait for up to 2 hours (even though they had an appointment). I waited for only about 1 hour. BUT once I was in the exam room, she was quite curt and rude. She refused to accept that I had opinions about my care and that I know what I'm talking about (since I've been teaching reproductive education for over a decade). She refused to give me a prescription for an HPV test and insisted that the results are included in the general PAP test. This is patently untrue. So...she's rude and either doesn't know what she's talking about, or doesn't care what you want (which I think is more probable).

The Dr should be already retired! Also it was unconfortable that she's apparently driven by money. The problems I had are listed below: 1) I went for advice since I haven't been able to get pregnant for more than a year. I mentioned this as the objective of my visit since the start. She asked for a revision, even If I thought we were only going to talk and think on the tests needed. Once I was in the middle of my revision and while a sample was being taken (yes, that beautiful/confortable moment #sarcasm), she asked If I ever thought on having children. I am not sure if she forgot or it was just related to a hearing problem. 2) She took a sample (smear) and again, in the middle of this unconfortable situation, she told me probably the pre-cancerous cells are back and that she could tell because there was slight bleeding during the sampling. Of course I got scared since I have been told at a rivate that it is all back to normal since 6 months ago. The bleeding was minimal, never even became external. Once I read about it, it is quite normal to bleed a bit and there is no way of knowing about cancerous cells like this. 3) She was focused on money, money and money. I am covered by my insurance (Kasse). If I followed her recommendations I had to pay extra €950 in total (plus some supplements). Again, with legs up and apparatus inside, I had to decide if I was spending extra €100 for some extra tests. I had like 2 seconds to think about it. Then she said that it is best to check my results together to those of my husband since we wish for a kid. But since she is a women-dr she would charge only €60 extra euros for reading both results together, and that it was the only way of helping me with my wish for a kid. 4) I have lived in several countries over the past decade. So, I brought my file ordered by date covering my full history. She stamped all my documents with her presonal stamp and signed them all!!!! WHAAATTT??!?!?!?! Yes, she marked all my previous studies with her data and signed them. I wonder if this is even legal. 5) I waited for an appointment for about 2 months. A day before, I got a call to advance my appointment 1 h, for which they received me 1:20 h late! So, basically, I changed my whole schedule last minute to be received 20 minutes after the original appointment. I do believe she might have been a good Dr, or at least I give her the benefit of the doubt. But in my opinion she shouldn't be practicing anymore.
