S	Sieglinde Melnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt sehr nett nur leider der Herr bei der Anmeldung total inkompetent und von sich eingenommen dameine Daten angeblich nicht stimmen wegen Rezeptgebührenbefreiung wurde nicht einmal nachgefragt und die Abteilung für Gebührenbefreiung bestätigte mir das es gespeichert ist und der Herr bei der Anmeldung nur die Nummer der Systemüberprüfung anrufen müsste und es wäre geklärt gewesen darum einen Stern für die Anmeldung statt dessen wurde ich wie ein Idiot behandelt es geht mir da um das Prinzip tut mir leid Hauptsache ist das die von der Sozialversicherung sich für das Verhalten dieses Herren tausend mal entschuldigt hat Doctor very nice only unfortunately the Lord in the registration totally incompetent and taken by itself lady data allegedly not vote for Rezeptgabenbefreiung was not even asked and the Department for fee exemption confirmed to me that it is stored and the Lord at the registration only call the number of system verification it would have been clear and therefore a star for the registration instead, I was treated like an idiot I'm concerned about the principle I'm sorry The main thing is that the social insurance has apologized for the behavior of this gentleman a thousand times

The doctor was professional, made time to hear me and also gave me the feeling that I’m not just a number but a patient with a name. I wish I had come here earlier!
