Sie erklärt ruhig und verständlich alle notwendigen Behandlungsschritte. Die Behandlungen verlaufen sehr angenehm. Sehr freundliches Team, ich fühlte mich von Anfang an wohl. Dort arbeitet auch eine tolle Ärztin, auch sehr einfühlsam und kompetent Sie arbeitet präzise und schmerzfrei. Ich möchte besonders betonen, dass sie sehr genau ist. Einer der besten Zahnärzte in Wien und neueste Stand der Technik. Frau Dr. Habitzl ist eine unglaublich nette und sympathische Zahnärztin die sich nicht nur fachlich sehr gut auskennt sondern auch auf einer persönlichen Ebene mit seinen Patienten gut zusammenarbeitet. Diese Praxis empfehle ich gerne weiter. Ms. Jasmina Mitrovic is very personable, sensitive and competent. Oral hygiene is carried out very thoroughly and conscientiously! Die Ordination ist sehr freundlich und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle sehr freundlich und kompetent. Man wird einen Tag vor dem Termin immer telefonisch an den Termin erinnert. Es gibt keine langen Wartezeiten, die Terminkoordination funktioniert hier in dieser Ordination vorbildhaft. Die Mundhygiene bei Jasmina ist von meiner Seite auch sehr zu empfehlen, sie ist überaus freundlich und macht diese auch wirklich professionell. Die Behandlungen, sei es eine Kontrolle, Mundhygiene, eine Zahnversorgung oder auch aufwendiger Zahnersatz (Krone, Implantate) wurden immer mit größter Sorgfalt und Einfühlungsvermögen durchgeführt. Natürlich nach vorheriger ausführlicher Besprechung und Erklärung der notwendigen Arbeiten und auch der Alternativen. Die Praxis wird natürlich auch von den Mitarbeiter/innen getragen und das durchaus mit der nötigen Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber dem Patient. Obwohl der Zahn ziemlich groß abgebrochen war, hat Frau Dr. Habitzl den Zahn noch gerettet ! Vielen Dank für alles, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben! Great dentist practice! d	dajana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade das man nicht NULL Sterne vergeben kann, weil diese Praxis diesen einen auch nicht verdient. Mein Mann ist gleich in der früh hingegangen, weil er fürchterliche schmerzen hatte und extremst angeschwollen war, nicht nur die Wange sondern die ganze linke Seite… Nämlich sein Zahnfleisch war extrem entzündet und was wird gemacht, das wird nicht einmal angeschaut (trotz 2G Nachweis) - nein, er kriegt ein Antibiotikum und wird nach Hause geschickt!! Sodass er es am Abend nicht aushalten kann und einen Notfall-Zahnarzt suchen muss (weil das am Freitag war) natürlich auch alles bum voll, naja er geht zu einem hin und wartet von 20h - 1:30h in der NACHT!! Das muss man sich mal vorstellen, angeschwollen, mit extremen Schmerzen in einer Ordination zu sitzen und zu warten ist echt nicht schön. Dann sagt ihm der Zahnarzt das das leicht schiefen gehen könnte und das man sowas behandeln muss, da ist nämlich so viel Eiter rausgekommen, dass er noch 2Mal hingehen muss. Und dann nimmt man erst ein Antiobiotikum. Und dann frag ich mich, warum hat ihn die Zahnärztin nicht gleich angeschaut?! Wenn sie Angst von Corona hat, oder sonst irgendwas dann soll sie bitte zu Hause bleiben, aber er hat ja eh auch einen Nachweis gehabt. Too bad you can't give ZERO stars because this practice doesn't deserve one either. My husband went there first thing in the morning because he was in terrible pain and extremely swollen, not just his cheek but the whole left side... Namely his gums were extremely inflamed and what is being done is not even looked at (despite 2G proof) - no, he gets an antibiotic and is sent home!! So that he can't stand it in the evening and has to look for an emergency dentist (because that was on Friday) of course everything is full, well he goes to you and waits from 8pm - 1:30am at NIGHT!! You have to imagine that, swollen, sitting in an ordination with extreme pain and waiting is really not nice. Then the dentist tells him that it could easily go wrong and that you have to treat something like that, because so much pus came out that he had to go there 2 more times. And then you take an antibiotic first. And then I ask myself, why didn't the dentist take a look at him right away?! If she's afraid of Corona or anything else, then please stay at home, but he had proof anyway.
