Habe lange nach einem/r guten Hausarzt/ärztin gesucht und bin froh, jetzt Frau Dr. Griesmaier gefunden zu haben! Competent, sensitive doctor. A	Alena Schmidtová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärztin ist sehr nett, einfühlsam und kompetent, nimmt sich Zeit für Patienten. Ich war ziemlich lang bei ihr sie verdient von mir 5 Sterne. Jedoch ob man jetzt in Corona Zeit etwas telefonisch besprechen will bzw Termin ausmachen braucht mit Beschwerden die mit Corona nichts zu tun haben ist einfach unmöglich. Ich hatte Hautausschlag der sich über die Nacht verschlechtert und verbreitet hat. Wollte telefonisch Termin ausmachen um zur Abklärung kommen zu dürfen. Ich hab 42x angerufen jedoch ohne Erfolg. Entweder besetzt oder einfach zugelegt. Und sowas ist mir schon 2x passiert. Damit wurde ich eigentlich gezwungen um neuen Hausarzt zu finden. Hab einen auf Empfehlung in Unterpremstätten gefunden und in halbe Stunde saß ich schon in Ordination. The doctor is very nice, empathetic and competent, takes time for patients. I was with her for a long time, she deserves 5 stars from me. However, whether you want to discuss something by phone in Corona time or need to make an appointment with complaints that have nothing to do with Corona is simply impossible. I had a rash that got worse and spread over the night. I wanted to make an appointment by phone to be able to come to the clarification. I called 42 times but without success. Either occupied or simply added. And something like that has happened to me twice. So I was actually forced to find a new family doctor. I found one on recommendation in Unterpremstätten and in half an hour I was in the ordination.

L	Lila C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich mag Frau Dr. Griesmaier persönlich sehr gerne, eine liebe, verständnisvolle Frau, die zuhört und sich Zeit nimmt. Leider kann man von den beiden Rezeptionisten nur das Gegenteil behaupten - sofern ich weiß, ist der Herr, der die Massagen anbietet und immer vorne sitzt, ihr Gatte selbst. Ich bin immer geduldig, zu allen freundlich, gut vorbereitet... aber mir ist oft genug passiert, dass ich nicht mal angesehen oder begrüsst werde, selbst wenn ich es mehrmals hintereinander mache. Die Dame ist immerhin noch netter als er. Wobei ihr wiederum mal jemand mitteilen müsste, dass man sich in Arztpraxen entsprechend zu kleiden hat und hautenge durchscheinende Leggings, kurze Miniröcke und Tops mit Mega-Ausschnitt sowie Overknees oder High Heels völlig fehl am Platz sind. Das Selbstbewusstsein kann man gerne privat ausleben oder sich einen anderen passenden Job suchen ? Mich wundert wirklich extrem, dass Frau Dr. Griesmaier das Angestellten so erlaubt. Telefonerreichbarkeit ist eine Katastrofe, das habe ich über die Jahre inzwischen schon von vielen Patienten bestätigt bekommen. Anfangs war das alles nicht so - schade, dass Qualitäten mit den Jahren immer nachlassen.... I like Dr. Griesmaier personally very happy, a loving, understanding woman who listens and takes her time. Unfortunately, one can only say the opposite of the two receptionists - as far as I know, the gentleman who offers the massages and always sits in front is her husband himself. I am always patient, friendly to everyone, well prepared ... but I am it happens often enough that I am not even looked at or greeted, even if I do it several times in a row. After all, the lady is nicer than him. In turn, you would have to tell someone that you have to dress appropriately in doctor's offices and that skin-tight, translucent leggings, short mini skirts and tops with mega necklines as well as overknees or high heels are completely out of place. You can enjoy your self-confidence privately or look for another suitable job ? I am really amazed that Dr. Griesmaier allowed the employee to do so. Being able to be reached by telephone is a catastrophe, as I have already received from many patients over the years. At first it wasn't like that - it's a shame that the quality deteriorates over the years ...
N	Nadine F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nichts gegen die Ärztin selbst, sie ist sehr einfühlsam und kompetent und hätte 5 Sterne verdient. Allerdings lässt die Erreichbarkeit wirklich zu wünschen übrig! (ich vermute ja mittlerweile, dass das Telefon einfach abgesteckt wird, denn es kann mir niemand erzählen, dass man wenn man täglich bis zu 30x anruft immer die Leitung besetzt ist). Auch die Freundlichkeit des männlichen Assistenten am Empfang ist eine Katastrophe.. Nothing against the doctor herself, she is very empathetic and competent and deserves 5 stars. However, the accessibility really leaves a lot to be desired! (I now suspect that the phone is simply unplugged, because nobody can tell me that if you call up to 30 times a day, the line is always busy). The friendliness of the male receptionist is also a disaster.
