Dr. Bernhard Bartosch - Marktgasse 2

Man kriegt immer schnell einen Termin und hat auch nicht all zu lange Wartezeiten. Ich fühle mich bei Dr. Bartosch sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben - er ist überaus freundlich und nimmt sich auch immer Zeit für alle Fragen/Unklarheiten

Man mag es nicht glauben aber es ist in Wien wirklich nicht einfach einen Gynäkologen zu finden bei dem alles passt, entweder sind es nur Wahl- oder Privatärzte, es werden keine neuen Patienten genommen oder es passt menschlich nicht. Gerade beim Gynäkologen ist es wichtig sich wohl zu fühlen, immerhin sieht er Körperteile die sonst nur der eigene Partner so zu Gesicht bekommt und da wäre jegliches Unbehagen extrem störend. Ich habe schon einige Gynäkologen ausprobiert, Männer und Frauen. Und von Massenabfertigung bis hin zu schlüpfrige Bemerkungen (auch wenn sie scherzhaft gemeint waren oder ein Versuch das Eis zu brechen) war alles dabei. Dr. Bartosch ist der erste!!! bei dem alles, aber wirklich alles passt. Er nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt alles, geht auf Fragen ein und auch ein lockeres Plaudern über dies und das ist möglich. Die Sprechstundenhilfe war auch äußerst freundlich! Die online Terminvergabe finde ich toll, zum einen kann man sich in Ruhe durch die Termine blättern und den passenden auswählen (gerade bei meinem Schichtdienst von Vorteil) und man wird einen Tag vorher an diesen Termin erinnert. Ich kann Dr Bartosch wirklich nur empfehlen.

Eine Freundin hat mir Dr. Bartosch empfohlen und ich bin sehr froh, dass ich dieser Empfehlung nachgekommen bin. Ich habe mich vor gynäkologischen Terminen eher geführchtet weil meine Erfahrungen mit den letzten 3 Gynäkologen eher negativ waren. Aber bei Dr. Bartosch fühle ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben. Er ist ein kompetenter Arzt, geht auf alle Fragen ein und seine Empfehlungen sind schlüssig und professionell. Ich freue mich endlich einen Gynäkologen gefunden zu haben, bei dem ich auch bleiben möchte und kann ihn nur jeder Frau ans Herz legen.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Man bekommt sehr schnell einen Termin, nur deswegen war ich bei Dr. Bartosch. Ich musste nämlich kurzfristig für längere Zeit beruflich ins Ausland und wollte davor noch einen Kontrolltermin. Die schlechten Rezessionen waren mir nicht so wichtig, weil ich einfach den Termin schnell erledigt haben wollte. Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt und Dr. Bartosch arrogant erlebt, leider wurde mir dann noch eine falsche Diagnose gestellt, die zum Glück mit einem Blutbild verifiziert wurde. Bin dann verunsichert doch noch zu einem anderen Doktor, der sich nicht erkären konnte, wie Dr. Bartosch auf die Idee kommen konnte...

The worst doctor ever, not tactful, impatient, does not respect patients. I do not recommend.

My regular gynecologist has COVID, so I had to search for a new one, which is why I tried Dr. Bartosch. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Bartosch and his secretary. They were both incredibly rude and inhospitable. The secretary was angry and practically shouting at the woman behind me, who was simply asking to make an appointment. I thought her reaction and treatment was unwarranted for the situation. Dr. Bartosch interrupted me and talked over me constantly. I was in his office for only a few minutes because he kept trying to push me out and get me to leave. He was uninterested in hearing my one question, and his answer was rude and completely unhelpful. I have hyperemesis gravidarum, which is a rare condition that makes some women very ill throughout the whole pregnancy (throwing up 15+ times every day, extremely low blood pressure, passing out, inability to eat, drink, or walk). I tried explaining to him that my medication wasn't helping, and I wanted to ask him what we can do. He snapped at me and said "morning sickness doesn't last this long, you shouldn't have been taking medicine at all, you need to go somewhere else to find out why you are sick." I was already in the emergency room at the hospital twice because I was dehydrated and malnourished. The reason is the hyperemesis gravidarum. I have seen FIVE gynecologists before Dr. Bartosch who all agree that I have this condition and who have suggested different types of medication. Who is Dr. Bartosch to snap at me like that? He didn't ask any questions about my medical history, and he didn't ask me for any details. He just interrupted me before I could even finish my question and tried to shame me for "taking medicine for simple morning sickness." Even worse, he told me to go somewhere else to find out why I am sick. So, is he not a doctor?? Ladies, and especially pregnant women, I beg you to get a second opinion from another doctor. This one was uninterested in everything I had to say. He brushed me away without giving me any kind of serious attention. He and his secretary made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience, like I didn't belong there. I will NEVER go here again, and I will warn everyone who can hear me to stay away!
