Dr. Ella Asseryanis - Berggasse 4/9

Dr. Ella Asseryanis behandelt mich seit über 10 Jahren. Sie ist die beste Frauenärztin ever. Ich bin so zufrieden, denn sie macht mir jeden Besuch mehr als erträglich (nicht immer sind ja diese Untersuchungen angenehm). Sie nimmt sich immer Zeit und beantwortet alle Fragen in Ruhe. Man wird individuell und total persönlich behandelt. Ich fühle mich immer sehr gut aufgehoben und werde sie immer wieder weiterempfehlen. Zur Geburt meines Sohnes ist sie um Mitternacht ins Spital gekommen. Niemals werde ich diese Stunden vergessen. Ganz eine besondere Ärztin, die ihren Job offensichtlich extrem liebt und kompetent ausübt.

Ich bin seit mehr als 25 Jahren Patientin von Frau Dr. Ella Asseryanis. Ich musste viele schlechte Erfahrungen machen bis ich endlich auf die Ärztin meines uneingeschränkten Vertrauens gestoßen bin. Sie ist nicht nur äußerst kompetent sondern nimmt sich immer ausreichend Zeit, berät, unterstützt in schwierigen Situationen, hat immer ein offenes Ohr und ist einfühlsam und liebenswert. Würde nie mehr zu einem anderen Arzt wechseln.

Prof. Asseryanis ist nicht nur die kompetenteste Frauenärztin die ich kenne - sie ist definitiv die menschlichste ! Sie ist sehr bemüht um jede einzelne Patientin. Das gesamte Team in dieser ordination ist sehr freundlich und gut organisiert, bei mir gab es da noch nie Probleme und ich bin bereits seit 15 Jahren eine zufriedene Patientin. Vielen Dank für alles.

Tolle Betreuung durch Frau Dr. Asseryanis, bereits seit über 15 Jahren! Insbesondere die Begleitung durch meine Schwangerschaft war hervorragend! Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Frau Dr. Asseryanis ist äußerst kompetent, sehr umsichtig und einfühlsam. Sie nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für Fragen und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Sorgen. Eine so umfassende Betreuung mit vollem Einsatz kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Dr. Ella Asseryanis is the best doctor!!

She did not exhibit good patient care towards my wife.

I cannot under good conscience recommend Dr. Ella Asseryanis. I first started going to her on November 2017 through and up until April 2018. In the first couple of appointments she demonstrated good patient care, especially when we found out I was carrying twins. However she did not know the difference between having one placenta or two (monochorionic versus dichorionic). I asked her how many placentas I was carrying 3 times at 3 separate appointments (I knew from reading to ask this question). She always told me I had two placentas, which meant, while carrying twins was risky, I was the less risky of the three types of twins you can carry. As my pregnancy progressed I experienced an increased growth in my belly, upper rib pain, and petechiae. All of which I asked her about and she brushed off. She also began rushing through my appointments, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable, but I felt she was knowledgeable and she gave no indication that I should be concerned about anything, so I let it go. On March 11th, 2018, I began leaking amniotic fluid and went to the hospital at 22 weeks in my pregnancy. The staff at AKH discovered I had one placenta and had developed twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) and that I was already exhibiting stages of premature labor. None of which Dr. Asseryanis had caught...or seemingly, was knowledgeable of. They did the fetal laserscopic surgery on me but told me that they felt there was little hope that it would help or stop my labor at this point. On March 16, 2018 at 22 weeks and 5 days, my twin boys Felix and Oliver were born. They lived for about an hour and died as they were born too premature. Upon research and discussing my case with a Maternal Fetal Specialist after I lost the boys, it was determined that I had chronic TTTS...which meant it slowly developed over time. This means I was exhibiting signs and it could have been caught and corrected sooner and my outcome, my sons outcome, could have been much better. Based on my personal experience with her regarding my pregnancy, I cannot recommend her. I felt compelled to write this because I researched her ahead of time and looked at her credentials and she seemed very competent and knowledgeable. Sadly, and much to my extreme regret and lifelong grief I will carry from this experience and loss, this was not the case and she was neither knowledgeable nor competent. So I am leaving this review here, in the rare event it might help someone else avoid a very devastating outcome, like the one I had experienced.

The services I have received from Dr. Asseryanis have been excellent! Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal care for a patient with outstanding quality of medical expertise. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top specialist in Vienna and trust her wholeheartedly with my health and also with the Health of my two teenage daughters. I appreciate how Dr. Asseryanis takes her time to explain diagnosis and treatment options to myself and my daughters and always makes us feel at ease and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend her!
