Meine Fragen werden immer kompetent beantwortet und meinen Ängsten wird geduldig und empathisch entgegengekommen. Das gesamte Team ist bemüht, freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. After many dentists and a lot of pain, years ago I was finally with Dr. med. Yoke landed and arrived. My questions are always answered competently and my fears are met patiently and empathically. The entire team is hard-working, friendly and always courteous.
C	Christian Poscharnig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte starke Zahnschmerzen. Da ich in Leoben arbeite, aber in Graz wohne und meine Zahnärztin auch in Graz ist, habe ich bei Fr. Dr. Joch in die Ordination angerufen. Die Assistentin war sehr nett und freundlich am Telefon und sie teilte mir mit, dass ich in 1,5 Stunden in die Ordi kommen kann. War dann zum besagten Zeitpunkt in der Ordi, wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und aufgenommen. Kam sofort zum Röngten. Nach dem Röngten kaum 5 Minuten Wartezeit, saß ich schon im Behandlungsraum. Dann kam Fr. Dr. Ebenfalls sehr nett, schaut sich das Röngtenbild an, erklärte mir genau, was mit meinem Zahn los ist und teilte mir die Behandlung mit und fragte ob ich damit einverstanden bin. Spritze rein, keine Schmerzen,... Behandlung nur wenige Minuten, keine Schmerzen,... fertig! Noch ein kurzes Beratungsgespräch, dann durfte ich auch schon gehen und ich war von meinen schlimmen Schmerzen erlöst. Super kompetente, freundliche Ärztin, tolles und nettes Team. Werde ich auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen und positive Mundpropaganda machen. Vielen Dank, für die sehr rasche, kompetente und freundliche Hilfe! Had severe toothache. Since I work in Leoben but live in Graz and my dentist is also in Graz, I have worked with Ms. Dr. Joch called the ordination. The assistant was very nice and friendly on the phone and she informed me that I can come to the Ordi in 1.5 hours. Was then in the Ordi at the said time, was received and welcomed very friendly. Immediately came to the X-ray. After the X-ray, I waited barely 5 minutes and was already sitting in the treatment room. Then came Dr. Also very nice, take a look at the X-ray picture, explain to me exactly what is going on with my tooth and tell me about the treatment and ask if I agree with it. Injection, no pain, ... treatment only a few minutes, no pain, ... done! A short consultation, then I was allowed to go and I was relieved of my terrible pain. Super competent, friendly doctor, great and nice team. I will definitely recommend and make positive word of mouth. Thank you very much for the very quick, competent and friendly help!

Sie macht ihre Arbeit hervorragend. Ihr Team ist äußerst zuvorkommend und kompetent. Die Beruhigende und sehr sauberer Atmosphäre in der Ordination ist der Hammer. Was mir noch sehr gut gefällt, es gibt keine langen Wartezeiten, nach Terminvergabe kein stundenlanges sitzen in der Ordination. Einfach super! Ich kann diese Ordination nur weiter empfehlen. I am an anxious patient and have to overcome myself every time I go to the dentist. With Dr. Yoke the fear has become less. She does a great job. Your team is extremely courteous and competent. The calming and very clean atmosphere in the ordination is awesome. What I also like very much, there are no long waiting times, no sitting in the ordination for hours after an appointment has been made. Just great! I can only recommend this ordination.
