P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche, präpotente und anmaßende Arzthelferin. Schade, dass man wegen so einer Person den Arzt wechseln muss. Unkind, pretentious and presumptuous medical assistant. Too bad that you have to change the doctor because of such a person.

Um 11:30, 13:15 und 16:00 versucht zu erreichen, man bekommt nur eine Info, dass sie per SMS über den anruf verständigt wird. Not available during the weekend shift, not even a callback from her! Ja die Damen an der Anmeldung sind vielleicht manchmal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wenn man sie kennt dann geht das schon. Man muss nur bedenken womit sie sich fast täglich herumschlagen müssen. Alles in allem die ganze Familie geht "gerne" zu ihr. Extremely nice, friendly and always helped us. Takes a lot of time, which in turn is not as tingling as waiting. Yes, the ladies at the registration may take some getting used to, but if you know them, that's fine. You just have to consider what they have to deal with almost every day. All in all the whole family "loves" going to her.

Die Ärztin selbst ist nett und freundlich, aber bei der Vorzimmerdame leider trotzdem nur ein Stern, der gebührt der Ärztin. The office hours help is a nightmare. Unfriendly, you feel so undesirable and annoying. The doctor herself is nice and friendly, but unfortunately still only one star for the lady in the hall, it belongs to the doctor.
L	Lidia Fleurent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Weder die Rezeptionistin noch die Ärztin hat mir zugehört als ich ihnen erklären wollte weshalb und was ich von ihnen brauche. Die Ärztin hat mich am Nachmittag in ihre Ordination bestellt worauf ich feststellen musste das sie gar nicht da war. Ich mit meiner noch frischen Wunde und Nähten musste zu Fuß dorthin und wieder zurückkehren. Jeder der eine Operation hinter sich hat sei sie noch so klein weiß mit Sicherheit das man nicht schwitzen darf und diese auch nicht belasten sollte. Außerdem dufte ich mir auch anhören wie die Damen die dort arbeiten über Patienten schlecht geredet haben weil diese sich nicht mit dem Impfstoff AstraZeneca impfen lassen wollen. Also das geht überhaupt nicht. Leider muss ich mir einen neuen Arzt suchen. Absolutely not recommendable.
