★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde wegen einer gebrochenen Plombe als "Einschubpatient" für 7:30 mit der Warnung "möglicherweise lange Wartezeit" aufgenommen. Zu meiner Freude ging es dann sehr rasch. Frau Dr. Glaser ging sehr einfühlsam auf meine Fragen und Ängste ein, informiere mich freundlich, behob mein Problem umgehend und anschließend bekam ich auch noch eine Rundum Versorgung mit Röntgen, Zahnkontrolle und Zahnstein Entfernung. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
I was picked up as a "plug-in patient" for a broken seal at 7:30 am with the "possibly long wait" warning. To my delight it was then very quickly. Miss Dr. Glaser was very sensitive to my questions and fears, inform me friendly, solved my problem immediately and then I also got an all-round supply of X-rays, dental check and calculus removal. I was very pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dentist but please improve the booking system, the receptionist should be asking how bad the pain is - low level pain (ache) can wait a little longer and the appointment book shouldn't be full to allow for emergency cases. An appointment should mean an appointment, if the patient (customer) is on time, so should the dentist (supplier) - basic business etiquette.
