A	Aurora Sprenger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrung bei Frau Kolndorffer war eher enttäuschend. Ich freue mich, dass andere gute Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Ich kann nicht dasselbe behaupten: teuer, manche arbeiten nicht perfekt, was bei den hohen Preisen zu erwarten wäre, längere Wartezeiten zwischen den einzelnen Behandlungsschritte, einen sehr eigenen, unpassenden Umgang mit kleinen Kindern. Normalerweise mach ich mir nicht die Mühe so eine Bewertung zu schreiben, jedoch finde ich wichtig meine Erfahrungen zu teilen: Als meine Tochter (4 Jahre) behandelt wurde, wurde ohne Vorankündigung eine Anästhesie gemacht. Auf einmal hieß es "Es kommt ein roter Luftballon. Blasen, blasen, blasen!“. Es war das erste Mal, dass meine Tochter eine Spritze bekommt. Einfach so, ohne Vorsprache... Danach ging Frau Kolndorffer raus und behandelte ein Kind im Nebenzimmer. Das Kind schrie ohne Ende, sehr laut und sehr schmerzvoll, ca. 15 Minuten lang. Danach war meine Tochter dran. Es war sehr unangenehm. Frau Kolndorrfer kam eindeutig belastet durch die „schwierige“ Behandlung zurück und sagte oft zu meinem Kind, es solle den Mund aufmachen, sehr ungeduldig, „sonst wird es nichts.“ Heute ist eine Füllung abgebrochen, die noch nichtmal ein Jahr alt war. Auch bei meinem Mann ist erst wenige Monaten nach der Behandlung eine Füllung abgebrochen, die in der Zahnpraxis von Frau Kolndorffer gemacht wurde. Nach der Hauptbehandlung wurde mein Zahn von AssistentInnen fertig gemacht, die sehr lange brauchten und nicht genau arbeiteten, gerade im Zwischenzahnbereich. Ich habe zwei Zahnzwischenräume, die nicht glatt sind und wo die Zahnseide reist. Als ich zu Frau Kolndorffer ging und meine Zahnseide mitnahm, um das zu zeigen und es zu besprechen, kritisierte sie meine Zahnseide und bezeichnete sie als „zu dick“. Das Problem besteht bis heute, viele Monate nach der Behandlung. Um es wieder gut zu machen müsste man die Füllung neu machen (Fachmeinung eines anderen Zahnarztes), was natürlich ein zusätzlicher Anspruch für den Zahn wäre. Also habe ich seit Monaten immer wieder einen entzündeten Zwischenzahnbereich. Es stimmt, dass Frau Kolndorffer vieles und ausführlich erklärt. Jedoch sehr schnell und manchmal ungeduldig. Die Behandlungen sind überdurchschnittlich teuer (70 Euro für die Füllung eines Milchzahns). Außerdem habe ich erlebt, dass Frau Kolndorffer mehrere Patienten gleichzeitig behandelt, wodurch man nach der Anästhesie sogar bis 2o Minuten warten muss, bis die Behandlung fortgesetzt wird. Mein Fazit : wir haben als Familie mehrere tausende Euro bei Frau Kolendorffer ausgegeben in Vertrauen, dass es dieses Geld auch wert ist. Dieses Vertrauen wurde nach und nach enttäuscht und ich kann sie nicht weiter empfehlen. My experience with Ms. Kolndorffer was rather disappointing. I am glad that others have had good experiences. I can not say the same thing: expensive, some do not work perfectly, which would be expected with the high prices, longer waiting times between the individual treatment steps, a very own, inappropriate handling of small children. Normally I do not bother to write such a review, but I find it important to share my experiences: When my daughter (4 years) was treated, an anesthesia was made without notice. Suddenly it was said "It comes a red balloon bubbles, blow, blow!" It was the first time that my daughter gets an injection Just like that, without a request ... Then went out Mrs. Kolndorffer and treated a child in the The child screamed without end, very loud and very painful, about 15 minutes, after which my daughter was tuned in. It was very unpleasant Mrs. Kolndorrfer was clearly burdened by the "difficult" treatment and often said to my child it should open its mouth, very impatiently, "otherwise it will not work." Today a filling is broken, which was not even a year old. Even with my husband, only a few months after the treatment a filling was broken off, which was made in the dental practice of Mrs. Kolndorffer. After the main treatment my tooth was made ready by assistants who took a long time and not exactly worked, especially in the interdental space. I have two spaces between the teeth that are not smooth and where the floss travels. When I went to Frau Kolndorffer and took my floss to show it and discuss it, she criticized my floss and described it as "too thick." The problem persists today, many months after the treatment. To make it right again, you would have to make the filling new (another expert dentist's opinion), which of course would be an additional claim for the tooth. So I've been having an inflamed intercostal area for months. It is true that Mrs Kolndorffer explains much and in detail. But very fast and sometimes impatient. The treatments are disproportionately expensive (70 euros for the filling of a milk tooth). I have also experienced that woman Kolndorffer treated several patients simultaneously, so you have to wait after anesthesia even to 2o minutes until the treatment is continued. My conclusion: we have several thousands of euros in woman Kolendorffer spent as a family in confidence that it is well worth the money. This trust has gradually been disappointed and I can not recommend it.

Dr. Kolndorffer ist zwar sehr nett aber was mich extrem gestört hatt war das sie einem ständig etwas erklärt wenn sie gerade im Mund herumwerkelt. Vl wissen Sie es nicht, aber kein Mensch versteht dabei was! So kam es im Anschluss dann zu mehreren Überraschungen, wo sie meinte sie hätte es eh erklärt. Tja... What stands out here is the constantly changing team. Dr. Kolndorffer is very nice, but what really bothered me was that she was always explaining something to you when she was working in her mouth. You probably don't know, but nobody understands anything! So there were several surprises afterwards, where she said she had explained it anyway. Well ...

Es wird alles gut erklärt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren. We are very happy with Dr. Kolndorffer and the entire team. My 5 children also go to the dentist without any "anxiety". Everything is explained well and all questions answered. There is absolutely nothing to criticize.
F	Franz Hamster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen mit dem Hinweis auf Wartezeit nach nichtmal 5 Minuten warten wurde ich schon aufgerufen und wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit behandelt. Das ist das erste mal das ich bei einer Zahnbehandlung den Einstich der Spritze nicht gemerkt habe und der Rest war dann natürlich auch super zu ertragen. Die Zahnarztassistenten sind auch sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und bei fragen wird man super aufgeklärt. Im ganzen ist es eine tolle Praxis mit einer tollen Ärztin sowie Assistenten und wirklich kaum Wartezeit. I got an appointment at short notice with the reference to waiting time after not even 5 minutes of waiting I was already called and was treated to my complete satisfaction. This is the first time that I did not notice the injection of the syringe during a dental treatment and of course the rest was easy to bear. The dental assistants are also very polite and courteous and if you have any questions, you will be very well informed. All in all, it is a great practice with a great doctor and assistants and really hardly any waiting time.
