I went to see him again today and I am thrilled every time, Dr. Urmann is simply a doctor to be liked to say the least, one is not shy about talking to him about everything, just great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Urmann nimmt sich viel Zeit, hört wirklich zu und wenn ich dort rausgehe fühl ich mich jedesmal um Vieles besser! Er vermittelt einem das Gefühl, wirklich über ALLES mit ihm sprechen zu können. Ein Segen, dass ich ihn gefunden habe!
dr Urmann takes his time, really listens and every time I walk out there I feel so much better! He gives you the feeling that you can really talk to him about EVERYTHING. A blessing that I found him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr.Andreas Urmann ist ein sehr kompetenter einfühlsamer Arzt, der sich die Zeit, für diverse Anliegen seiner Patienten nimmt, was man von der Ordinationsassistentin allerdings nicht behaupten kann.
Sie ist unfreundlich, wirkt genervt, auf Fragen und Anliegen antwortet sie frech zurück, so etwas wirkt nicht wirklich professionell, da man im Umgang mit Patienten im Bereich der Psychologie ohnehin etwas nachsichtiger sein sollte, meines Erachtens. Ich rufe nur noch ungerne an.
Jedoch ändert das Ganze nichts an der Tatsache, dass Herr Dr. Urmann ein toller und guter Arzt ist, weshalb er die vollen 5 Sterne vollkommen verdient.
Dr. Andreas Urmann is a very competent, empathetic doctor who takes the time for various concerns of his patients, which, however, cannot be said of the surgery assistant.
She is unfriendly, seems annoyed, she replies cheekily to questions and concerns, something like that doesn't really come across as professional, because in my opinion you should be a bit more lenient when dealing with patients in the field of psychology anyway. I rarely call.
However, this does not change the fact that Dr. Urmann is a great and good doctor, which is why he fully deserves the full 5 stars.
