G	Gerald Tranker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist gar nicht so lange her, dass dieser Platz neu gestaltet wurde. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten und auch mehr grün als früher, aber für meine Begriffe ist es noch immer zu viel Beton (bzw. Schotter neben dem Betonweg). Eine WC-Anlage ist vorhanden. Ein kleines Wasserspiel sorgt an heißen Tagen zwar kaum für Abkühlung - ist aber ein Versuch. Nur warum dieses vor den Toiletten angebracht wurde versteht kein Mensch. Ebenso unverständlich dass eine neue "Vernebelungsanlage" die im Sommer ebenfalls Kühle spenden soll an dem einzigen Platz angebracht wurde, wo wegen der Umliegenden Häuser eigentlich immer Schatten (und daher Kühle) ist. Trotzdem ist dieser Platz sicher eine Bereicherung für das Stadtbild,, aber den Verkehrslärm hört man trotzdem stark. Die Straßenführung und auch Straßenbahn wurde wegen dem neuen Platz gegenüber früher geändert und natürlich auch die Ampelschalung. Diese ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Fast egal wann und von wo man kommt, als Autofahrer oder Fußgänger - man hat immer sehr lange Rotphasen. Fazit: Gut gemeint, aber Ausführung mit kleinen Fehlern. It wasn't that long ago that this square was redesigned. There is a lot of seating and also more green than before, but in my opinion there is still too much concrete (or gravel next to the concrete path). A toilet facility is available. A small water feature hardly provides cooling on hot days - but it is an attempt. Only why this was placed in front of the toilets nobody understands. It is also incomprehensible that a new "fogging system", which should also provide coolness in summer, was installed in the only place where there is actually always shade (and therefore cool) because of the surrounding houses. Nevertheless, this square is certainly an asset to the cityscape, but you can still hear the traffic noise. The street layout and the tram were changed earlier because of the new square and of course the traffic lights. However, this is a disaster. Almost no matter when and from where you come, as a driver or pedestrian - you always have very long red phases. Conclusion: well meant, but execution with small errors.
