Unfriendly cocky receptionist. I personally cannot report anything positive or negative to the doctor, I never got to him.

Pain patient at 12 noon to morning early reassured although open until 15h. Otherwise date in December. Incredibly arrogant staff.

Sehr ruhig, sehr angenehm, ich hatte nie das Gefühl von Zeitdruck oder Stress seinerseits. Ebenfalls sind die Damen sehr höflich zu uns. Auch unsere Kinder fühlen sich nun endlich wieder sicherer beim Zahnarztbesuch. Definitv Daumen hoch! I switched to him because of very negative experience, I am a very anxious dentist patient and can only give positive reports here. Very calm, very pleasant, I never had the feeling of time pressure or stress on his part. The ladies are also very polite to us. Our children are finally feeling safer visiting the dentist again. Definitely thumbs up!

Das Personal am Empfang ist eine einzige, unfreundliche und verständnislose Katastrophe. Als Schmerzpatient wird einem ein Termin in zwei Wochen angeboten. Man könne da nichts machen. Frechheit sowas. Ich werde wohl einen neuen Arzt suchen müssen. I can't say anything to the doctor, I felt comfortable with my mother. The staff at the reception is a single, unfriendly and incomprehensible disaster. As a pain patient, an appointment is offered in two weeks. You couldn't do anything about it. Cheek something. I'll have to look for a new doctor.

Bin durch Zufall damals hier gelandet und wurde seither immer kompetent, freundlich und fürsorglich behandelt. Jeder Behandlungsschritt wird freundlich erklärt. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Und das gilt sowohl für Fr. Dr. Steiner als auch für ihren Sohn, der inzwischen die Praxis führt. Mein Implantat, welches meine neueste Errungenschaft ist, wurde professionell und schmerzfrei gesetzt. Viel besser gehts wahrscheinlich nicht. I have been receiving treatment here for 20 years even though I come from Graz. I ended up here by chance and since then I have always been treated competently, friendly and caring. Each treatment step is explained in a friendly manner. You feel very well taken care of. And that applies to both Ms. Steiner and her son, who is now running the practice. My implant, which is my latest achievement, was placed professionally and painlessly. It probably couldn't be much better.
