★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top!!! Wurde sofort abgewimmelt. Nach dem Gesagt wurde das er kein Kassenarzt sei und meine Antwort lautete is mir egal ich Zahle es eh. Wurde ich sofort mit: "Wir haben keinen Termin", sofort abgewimmelt. Da kann man nix mehr dazu sagen. Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben. :(
Top!!! Was rejected immediately. After I was told that he wasn't a health insurance doctor and my answer was I don't care, I'll pay it anyway. If I was immediately dismissed with: "We don't have an appointment". You can't say anything more about that. Unfortunately you have to assign a star. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute zum ersten Mal in der Ordination. Bin genau zum Termin drangekommen, Hr.Dr.Luckmann hat sich Zeit für mich genommen, war sehr bemüht und auch sein Team war sehr engagiert. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
Was in the ordination for the first time today. I got there right on time, Dr Luckmann took time for me, tried very hard and his team was also very committed. I can only recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War zum ersten Mal in dieser Ortination , wurde höflich aufgenommen , rasch behandelt und das gesamte Team ist sehr entgegenkommend und höflich. Und es gab keine Fragen ,wie z.B.: " Wo haben sie die Zähne denn machen lassen,.........." . usw. Diese Ortination kann ich wirklich jedem Zahn - Patienten weiterempfehlen. Danke.
Was in this location for the first time, was welcomed politely, treated quickly and the entire team is very accommodating and polite. And there were no questions such as: "Where did you get your teeth done ..........". etc. I can really recommend this ortination to every tooth patient. Thanks.

1.musste ich 30 mal anrufen erst beim 31 mal wurde abgehoben
2. Fragte ich nach einen Termin zum erwähnen ist auch ich bin Schmerz Patient und mir wurde gesagt meine schmerzen sind nicht ihre Probleme dann sagte sie zu mir ich soll in die Zahnklink fahren
Mega unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Telefon auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.
Unfortunately you have to award a star, if it were up to me, this practice deserves zero stars.
1. I had to call 30 times only when the 31st was picked up
2. I asked for an appointment to mention I am a pain patient and I was told my pain is not her problem then she told me to go to the dental clinic
Mega unfriendly employee on the phone definitely not to be recommended.
