Er hat uns/ meine kleine Tochter angeschrien ( aber mit so eine Lautstärke das ich als erwachsene Mensch erschrocken bin ) nur weil meine kleine Tochter ( 2 Jahre alt geweint hat / sie hat Angst gehabt) . Never again! No handling with children! He shouted at us / my little daughter (but with such a loudness that I am scared as an adult) just because my little daughter (2 years old was crying / she was scared).

Good appointments and only a short waiting time. Doctor very prudent, thorough examination, good explanation, friendly. Just perfect.

Ich hab in der Not sofort kommen dürfen und bin direkt dran gekommen, obwohl sie so viele Patienten hatten. Abgesehen davon, nie Wartezeiten auch bei ausgemachten Terminen. Der Dr. selbst nimmt dir mit einem Lächeln die Angst und untersucht und fragt sehr gründlich. Möchte mich an dieser Stelle von Herzen bedanken! ❤️ Dr. Maurer and his absolutely delightful assistant are trying so hard. I was allowed to come straight away in an emergency and got straight to it, even though they had so many patients. Apart from that, never waiting times, even when appointments have been made. The Dr. himself takes away your fear with a smile and examines and asks very carefully. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️
