★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mit Termin nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit nachgefragt, warum Personen, die nach mir gekommen sind bereits beim Arzt waren und ich nicht. Antwort "... diese waren vor ihnen da". Kaum zu glauben, dabei saßen drei Damen am Empfang! Drei Personen scheinen wohl nicht genug zu sein für eine gute Koordination der Abläufe. Also danach habe ich noch gewartet und insgesamt eine Stunde für eine 30sek Reinigung von nur einem Ohr hier gebraucht.
 I made an appointment after waiting 40 minutes to ask why people who came after me had already seen the doctor and I had not. Answer "... these were there before you". Hard to believe, there were three women at the reception! Three people do not seem to be enough for a good coordination of the processes. So after that I waited and it took a total of one hour to clean just one ear here for 30 seconds.
