Email bekommen mit der Lieferankündigung und der Aufforderung wo bei nicht erreichen das Paket abgestellt werden soll. Ich war zwar Zuhause habe jedoch trotzdem die Abstellgenehmigung erteilt. Plötzlich die Mail, mein Paket ist in der Abholstation! Der Lieferant hat nicht geklingelt und war wahrscheinlich auch nicht da sondern hat das Paket gleich in die Packstation gebracht. Beim Chat mit dem Support bekam ich nur die Antwort, erneute Zustellung gibt es nicht und eine Abstellgenehmigung am selben Tag garantieren sie nicht. Dann sollten sie aber auch die Mail mit der Frage danach vorher senden. Dann lieber mit der POST! How these companies survived is beyond me?!? Received an email with the delivery notification and the request where the package should be turned off if not reached. Although I was at home, I still gave the parking permit. Suddenly the mail, my package is at the pick-up station! The supplier didn't ring the bell and was probably not there either, but took the package straight to the packing station. When chatting with support, I only got the answer, there is no renewed delivery and they do not guarantee a parking permit on the same day. Then you should also send the mail with the question beforehand. Then rather with the POST!

Der Fahrer war laut Live Tracking sogar in meiner Straße hat es aber nie vor das Haus geschafft, nicht angeläutet, keinen Zettel hinterlassen,.... Nachdem ich um 13:05 über den Live Chat versucht habe an mehr Informationen zu kommen, habe ich mehr als 60 Minuten auf eine Antwort gewartet. Die nicht sehr hilfreich war. Die Einzige Möglich war das Paket in zwei Tagen (weil der nächste Tag ein Feiertag ist) zuzustellen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit das Paket irgendwie, irgendwo abzuholen (auch nicht in der Packstation an die alle Paket am Abend retourniert werden - laut Auskunft). Warum gibt es ein Livetracking wenn das genau gar nichts bringt . Super schlechter Service, total unflexibel und unzuverlässig. Danke DPD, dass ihr mir einen Urlaubstag gestohlen habt. The only possible way was to deliver the package in two days (because the next day is a public holiday). There was no way to pick up the parcel anywhere (not even in the packing station to which all parcels are returned in the evening - according to the information). Why is there live tracking when that doesn't really help. Super bad service, totally inflexible and unreliable. Thank you DPD for stealing my vacation day.

Ich sage, es sind zu wenig Mitarbeiter. Bis jetzt war dpd immer 5 Stern, aber nun leider verspielt. Stellt das Paket zu, dann gibt's 3 Sterne My package has been in Hörsching since Monday and cannot make it to Rohrbach. The lady in the chat said there are so many packages. I say there are not enough employees. Until now, dpd was always 5 stars, but now unfortunately playful. Delivers the package, then there are 3 stars
M	Michael Steininger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Paket sollte heute zwischen 11:30 und 15;30 kommen. ich bin extra zu Hause geblieben, da ich das Paket dringend brauche, und habe per Liveüberwachung zugesehen. Der Fahrer ist bei meiner Straße vorbeigefahren, und hat frecherweise einfach angegeben, er hätte mich nicht angetroffen, das Paket ist in der Pickup Station zu holen! Das war jetzt schon das 5. mal, dass das passiert und bei meinen Freunden ist es auch immer das selbe mit DPD!!! Nur weil die Fahrer zu faul sind die Pakete zuzustellen oder was ist da los?? Ich schaue ab jetzt bei jeder Bestellung, dass es ja nicht mehr mit DPD zugestellt wird, hätte ich so viel Zeit, dass ich jedes Paket selber abhole, würde ich wohl nicht online bestellen! My package was supposed to arrive between 11:30 and 15:30 today. I stayed home because I need the package urgently and watched via live surveillance. The driver passed my street and cheekily stated that he had not met me, the package is to be picked up at the pickup station! This was the 5th time this has happened and my friends always have the same thing with DPD!!! Just because the drivers are too lazy to deliver the packages or what's going on?? From now on I check with every order that it is no longer delivered by DPD. If I had enough time to pick up every package myself, I probably wouldn't order online!

A	Adriana Walnerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DPD in Linz has taken its terrible service to a next level recently...usually the driver only passes our street, doesn't even attempt the delivery (I was always at home), doesn't leave a note and takes it straight to a Packetshop few kilometres away. But at least I could see the progress via the tracking link. For my last 2 packages they didn't even send me ANY email about the delivery, nor did they tried to deliver it, no note, they just simply put it straight it to the Packetshop...so I found both packets just by asking in the shop if they have something on my name. I've stopped buying from the shops which only offer delivery via DPD, it is the synonym for the worst service ever!
