but one of them, the DPD doesn't deliveries out your package,
I recommend for you, don't use the DP'D in Sonntagberg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery not even attempted on last two packages. If they can't handle the number of deliveries they have, then they should cut back on the number of packages to be delivered per vehicle. What a joke. "Live Tracking" is a recording of where they should be on their route, not where they in fact are. Don't wait around for them, just count on picking up your package yourself at 18:30 from their pickup location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really need to change their courier/driver. On the day of the delivery the tracking said he couldn't deliver the package in the morning due to the "higher force". I was waiting whole day for him, since he didn't let me know about the time he will come. The courier didn't call me or ring the door, he didn't attempt to deliver the package to me at all. I found a ticket I can take the package from the pick up spot where it already was delivered and available for pick up. I had to travel there and waste my time and money only to find out that they do not have it. I wrote to customer service to ask where is my package since driver claimed it was delivered, but the pick up place had no information regarding this. However, the customer service didn't bother to response. Horrible service, I do not understand how can international company provide such a low tier service and not be bothered by negative reviews pilling up everywhere and customer complaints all over Facebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse choice for shipping and receiving packages !!! My package should have been delivered in 29-December-2020 but it is in Hörshing, Uper-Austria, since 28-December-2020. This is simply worse service possible !!! We are in 31-December-2020 and they could not deliver a package in 4 days to 15 KM away !!! Meaning they simply don't care about their customers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Star because cant get lower. On the first time I worked with DPD, they lost the package worth more than 5.000€. After 70 days no one has a clue and the package never made it to its destination. Its lost somewhere between their package centers.
I thought this can happen only in films, but it happens in real. No I am in debt because those amateurs and dangerous individuals. NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure to save as many as I can from this death trap!
