Negative: it need to take few steps to take lift (half floor from ground to lift, another half floor from lift to room), which is not friendly for those with large suitcase.

It's situated next to a great Italian restaurant and a cocktail bar, and only 2 minutes away by foot is St. Stephen's Cathedral!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Vienna.

The heating was quite well (except maybe the bathroom which was a bit cold).. Negative: If you are planning to arrive before the check-in hours, it's not possible to drop off your luggage at the apt. Instead, the owners ask you to go to their pension (which is more than a kilometer away from the apartment), and they are there only during working hours. As our flights were very early in the morning, we encountered difficulties both during check-in and check-out. The wi-fi quality was relatively poor..
