f	franz hartmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Woche Sommer - Traumurlaub im steirischen Salzkammergut - Auseerland - in der neuen Downhill -Lodge in kurzem, fußläufigen Abstand zur Talstation der Tauplitz Bergbahn. Die ruhige Lage ist einzigartig sowohl im Sommer zum Bergwandern, als auch im Winter zum Tauplitz Skigebiet. Unser schickes Appartment - top notch - ließ keine Wünsche offen mit eigener Sauna und offenem Kamin (Gas), großzügigem Balkon, top ausgestatteter Küche und - für die Erholung besonders wichtig - fantastisch bequemen Betten. Unser PkW stand sicher in der eigenen Garage und mußte während des gesamten Urlaubs nicht bewegt werden. Gelegentliches "Spät"stück und Abendessen bei der nur etw 30 m entfernten "Tauplitzerin" sehr zu empfehlen. Wunderbare, sorgenfreie Tage in einer tollen Landschaft und einem großartigen Ambiente ! Gerne wieder ! One week of summer - dream vacation in the Styrian Salzkammergut - Auseerland - in the new downhill lodge in a short walking distance to the valley station of the Tauplitz mountain railway. The quiet location is unique both in summer for mountain hiking and in winter for the Tauplitz ski area. Our chic apartment - top notch - left nothing to be desired with its own sauna and open fireplace (gas), spacious balcony, well-equipped kitchen and - especially important for relaxation - fantastically comfortable beds. Our car was safely in our own garage and did not have to be moved during the entire vacation. Occasional "late" piece and dinner at the "Tauplitzerin", only 30 meters away, very recommendable. Wonderful, carefree days in a great landscape and a great atmosphere! Gladly again !

In Fußnähe waren Skipiste, Rodelbahn, Geschäfte, Lokale etc. super gut erreichbar. Ein tolles Appartment in einer tollen Region, wir kommen gerne wieder! A great getaway in Tauplitz in a beautiful apartment. It was beautifully decorated and everything you need was there. Within walking distance were the ski slope, toboggan run, shops, restaurants, etc. super easy to reach. A great apartment in a great region, we'd love to come back!
S	Silvia Baotic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war im August 2021 in der Dowhill Lodge in Tauplitz / Österreich und hatte das Studio Apartement Gemini. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was dazu gehört. Ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Küchenutensilien , die man braucht um sich auch selbst verpflegen zu können. Von der Spülmaschine und Kaffemaschine sowie Wasserkocher , wirklich alles vorhanden. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und funktionell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon bietet ausreichend Platz zum Essen und auch um sich zu Sonnen. Die Nähe zum Lift , den man vom Balkon sehen kann ,ist unschlagbar. Für Skifahrer ein non plus ultra. In den Sommermonaten kann von dort aus alles erkundet werden. Seen, auf der Tauplitz wandern, ebenso sind die nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Eine eigene Garage ist auch vorhanden. Die umliegenden Restaurants sind gut und bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas. Bei evtl. Fragen kann man immer jemanden erreichen, der weiterhelfen kann. Alles in allem Tio top. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, selbstverständlich auch im Winter zum Ski Fahren. Silvia Baotic I stayed at Dowhill Lodge in Tauplitz / Austria in August 2021 and had the Studio Apartment Gemini. Very tastefully decorated with everything that goes with it. Sufficient dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils that you need to be able to cater for yourself. From the dishwasher and coffee machine as well as kettle, really everything was available. The bathroom is very spacious and functional and tastefully decorated. The balcony offers enough space to eat and also to sunbathe. The proximity to the lift, which you can see from the balcony, is unbeatable. A non plus ultra for skiers. Everything can be explored from there in the summer months. Lakes, on the Tauplitz hike, as well as the nearby sights can be reached very quickly by car. A garage is also available. The surrounding restaurants are good and offer something for every taste. If you have any questions, you can always reach someone who can help. All in all, Tio was great. I will definitely come back again, of course to go skiing in winter too. Silvia Baotic

Modern und Hochwertig eingerichtet, bequeme Boxspringbetten, großer Fernseher, geräumige Bäder, tolle Aussicht, Garage im Haus. Restaurant Fußläufig in der Nähe. Highlite ist die Sauna und der moderne Kamin im eigenen Appartement. Näher kann man nicht zum Lift wohnen. We stayed at the Downhill Lodge for several days. Pure luxury. Modern and high quality furnishings, comfortable box spring beds, large TV, spacious bathrooms, great view, garage in the house. Restaurant within walking distance. Highlite is the sauna and the modern fireplace in your own apartment. You can't live closer to the lift.
T	Thilo Nagel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1a Unterkunft die keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Lichtdurchflutete Räume, modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, ebenso ist auch die Küche voll ausgestattete. Zwei schöne große Bäder und eine großzügige Sauna, die wir genutzt und genossen haben, ebenso wie der sehr große sonnige Balkon mit ausreichend Liegen und Blick auf den Lift und die Piste. Ein Plus ist auch die eigene Garage im Haus. Ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegt. Ankommen und gleich wohlfühlen. Sehr zu empfehlen. 1a accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Light-flooded rooms, modern and very high quality furnishings, and the kitchen is also fully equipped. Two beautiful large bathrooms and a spacious sauna, which we used and enjoyed, as well as the very large sunny balcony with plenty of loungers and a view of the lift and the slope. Another plus is having your own garage in the house. Quiet location, very well maintained. Arrive and feel good straight away. We recommend.
P	Pamela Dieter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne und sehr moderne Lodge mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und guter Ausstattung. Sauna und Kamin grandios! Toplage mit Ski-In und Ski-Out, direkt an der Talstation, fußläufig zu Bäcker, Spar, Gastronomie, Loipe und Winterwanderwege. Apres Ski Bar direkt um die Ecke mit Platz für die Kinder, um im Schnee zu toben/spielen. Top für erfahrene Skifahrer oder Winterwanderer! Gut zu wissen: Lage mit Kleinkindern/Skianfängern nicht optimal, da Skischule oberhalb am Grafenwiesen Lift liegt, da muss man hoch laufen oder fahren und dann noch Piste überqueren - beschwerlich. Abfahrt dorthin mit Anfänger zu lange, schwer und beschwerlich. Geräumte Spazierwege für Kinderwagen und Hunde muss man leider suchen, bei uns lag sehr hoch Schnee und es gab wenig geräumte Wege außerhalb der Hauptstraßen. Winterwanderwege waren nur mit Ausrüstung und nicht als reiner Spaziergänger zu bewältigen. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, toller Service, alles hochmodern/digital. Beautiful and very modern lodge with tasteful furnishings and good facilities. Great sauna and fireplace! Top location with ski-in and ski-out, directly at the valley station, within walking distance to the bakery, Spar, gastronomy, cross-country ski run and winter hiking trails. Apres ski bar just around the corner with space for the kids to romp/play in the snow. Top for experienced skiers or winter hikers! Good to know: the location is not ideal with small children/ski beginners, since the ski school is above the Grafenwiesen lift, you have to walk or drive up there and then cross the piste - difficult. Descent there with beginners too long, heavy and arduous. Unfortunately, you have to look for cleared footpaths for prams and dogs, where there was very high snow and there were few cleared paths outside of the main roads. Winter hiking trails could only be mastered with equipment and not as a pure walker. Still highly recommended, great service, everything ultra-modern/digital.
L	L E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu 6. für unsere Skiferien in der Downhill Lodge und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Moderne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Blick in die Berge. Es war sogar ein direkter Einstieg auf sie Piste möglich. Lift und Skiausleihe direkt vor der Türe. Sauna war ein Highlight! There were 6 of us at Downhill Lodge for our ski holiday and we had a wonderful time. Modern accommodation with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was even possible to get directly onto the slope. Lift and ski rental right in front of the door. Sauna was a highlight!

His software made a mistake (not ours) and he accepted a booking on some lower price what was a reasonable one for other accomodations. Once the booking was made he was asking a double price outside the system. We tried to negotiate as the booking was made in the high season. He was totally unflexble and unprofessional.I would not recommend to book with this accomodation as the booking could be canceled anytime by them. They never admitted their mistakes.
