★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich gute Produkte, aber wenn mal was nicht funktioniert das wird man von Support im Regen stehen gelassen. Für ein Premium Produkt ist das enttäuschend. Eine zerfallene Dornbracht Armatur. Aussage von Dornbracht das kann von einem sauren PH wert kommen. Wiener Hochquellwasser wird permanent überwacht, und vier andere Dornbracht Armaturen im selben Badezimmer haben das Problem mit. Die Antwort vom Support na ja das kann mal passieren sie sind ein Einzelfall. Das Ersatzteil kosten 50 Euro, um 50 Euro bekomme ich im Baumarkt eine neue Armatur. Klar keine Made in Germany aber die Frage stellt sich mir schon, wenn ich Premium bezahle bekomme ich auch Premium? Staut mal auf Trustpilot Dornbracht ist nicht sehr schön was man da liest.
Good products in themselves, but if something doesn't work, support will leave you out in the rain. This is disappointing for a premium product. A crumbled Dornbracht fitting. Statement from Dornbracht that can come from an acidic pH value. Viennese high spring water is constantly monitored, and four other Dornbracht fittings in the same bathroom have the problem. The answer from the support well that can happen, they are an isolated case. The spare part costs 50 euros, I can get a new fitting in the hardware store for 50 euros. Clearly not Made in Germany, but the question arises, if I pay Premium, do I get Premium? Jam on Trustpilot Dornbracht is not very nice what you read there.
