★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern was den Service betrifft ist noch zu viel !!! Hab mir auf anraten eines Händlers anlässlich einer notwendigen Anlagenerweiterung ( 2. Haus )eine Abus Schliessanlage gekauft. ( Hatte vorher eine andere Anlage , weiss nicht ob ich den Namen da hinschreiben darf , er hat aber was mit Haus zu tun und ich hatte damit keine Probleme bei Ergänzungen) Es wurde mir eine mechanische Anlage angeboten und ich hab diese bestellt. Schon bei der Lieferung gab es Probleme , da einige bestellte Vorhangschlösser falsch geliefert wurden , diese wurden aber ausgetauscht .
Nun wollte ich zu einer Schlüsselberechtigung ein weiteres Schloss hinzufügen , was ohne mehrere Schliesszylinder zu tauschen anscheinend bei Abus nicht möglich ist ???. Hab versucht mit einem Abus Techniker in Kontakt zu treten , das war aber nicht möglich - bin ständig in Deutschland gelandet und man versuchte mich nach Österreich zurückzuverbinden. Auf die Frage ob in Österreich nur ein Anrufbeantworter sitzt hat man mir erklärt ,, man müsse erst abklären ob man eine Durchwahl eines Mitarbeiters herausgeben dürfe . Hat aber nicht geklappt . Muss irgend was mit "Secret Service " zu tun haben .
Jedenfalls versuch ich seit geraumer Zeit mit mehreren Stunden Telefonversuchen jemand Kompetenten zu erreichen um eine andere Lösung zu finden . Geht nicht . Bin eigentlich kein Rezessionenschreiber , aber in diesem Fall hab ich mir die zeit genommen - war auch schon egal.
Also meine Erfahrung - keine Anlage mehr von Abus , lieber wieder beim alten ...Haus kaufen !

One star in terms of service is still too much! On the advice of a dealer, I bought an Abus locking system on the occasion of a necessary system expansion (2nd house). (Had a different system before, don't know whether I can write the name there, but it has something to do with the house and I had no problems with additions) I was offered a mechanical system and I ordered it. There were already problems with the delivery, as some of the padlocks ordered were wrongly delivered, but these were replaced.
Now I wanted to add another lock to a key authorization, which apparently is not possible with Abus without exchanging several lock cylinders ???. Tried to get in touch with an Abus technician, but that was not possible - I landed in Germany all the time and they tried to connect me back to Austria. When I was asked whether there was only one answering machine in Austria, I was told that you had to first clarify whether you could give out an employee's extension number. But it didn't work. Must have something to do with Secret Service.
In any case, I've been trying for a long time to reach someone competent with several hours of telephone attempts to find another solution. It does not work . I'm not really a recession writer, but in this case I took the time - it didn't matter.
So my experience - no more Abus system, better go back to the old ... house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir ein Fahrradschloss mit Fahrradhalterung gekauft, leider war keine Anleitung, Abbildung dabei wie die Halterung am Rad zu montieren ist, meine Nachfrage wurde beantwortet ( beim 2. Versuch) aber ohne Erfolg, es gibt keine Anleitung dazu ..mir wurde empfohlen zu einem Fachhändler zu gehen. Nachtrag 17.4.2021: ich habe dann etwas später noch ein Anleitungsvideo von Abus bekommen , Danke
I bought a bike lock with a bike holder, unfortunately there were no instructions, illustration of how to mount the holder on the bike, my request was answered (at the 2nd attempt) but without success, there are no instructions ... I was recommended to to go to a specialist dealer. Addendum April 17, 2021: I received an instruction video from Abus a little later, thank you
