An der Qualität der Fenster und der Mitarbeiter die sich um die Fehlerbehebung meiner defekten Tür kümmerten kann man überhaupt nichts negatives sagen. Jedoch wie die zuständige Ansprechperson der Firma mit mir am Telefon verfahren ist, wäre keinen einzigen Stern wert. Von Anfang an, wurde uns die Schuld an der defekten Tür gegeben und man warf uns unprofessionelles Arbeiten vor. Vor allem äußerte sich diese Person MEHRMALS sehr negativ über einen von uns beauftragten Elektriker. Ich war lediglich bestrebt mit der Firma eine Lösung wegen der defekten Tür zu finden, jedoch gestaltete sich die Gesprächsführung von Anfang an sehr schwierig, denn der Ton des Gesprächspartners war meines Empfindens nach bei jedem Telefonat sehr respektlos und herablassend. NIE WIEDER werde ich Fenster oder Türen über diesen Vertreter der Firma Bruckner bestellen. Letztendlich handelte es sich um einen Produktionsfehler und die letzten Worte des Ansprechpartners beschreiben auch ganz gut die Stimmung der ganzen bisherigen geführten Gespräche: Rufen Sie mich nicht mehr an! In my opinion..... There is nothing negative to say about the quality of the windows and the staff who took care of troubleshooting my broken door. However, how the responsible contact person of the company dealt with me on the phone would not be worth a single star. From the beginning, we were blamed for the broken door and accused of unprofessional work. Above all, this person spoke MULTIPLE times very negatively about an electrician commissioned by us. I was just trying to find a solution with the company because of the broken door, but the conversation was very difficult from the start, because I felt the tone of the conversation partner was very disrespectful and condescending with every call. NEVER AGAIN I will order windows or doors through this representative of the Bruckner company. Ultimately, it was a production error and the last words of the contact person also describe the mood of all the previous discussions quite well: do not call me anymore!
