Man bekommt auch telefonisch sehr gute Auskünfte wenn man sich unsicher ist und man wird immer ernst genommen.
Very competent veterinarians who are extremely friendly, explain everything you do and why you do it. One is very well informed about the treatment and the expected success / consequences!
You can also get very good information by phone if you are unsure and you are always taken seriously.
