G	Graham Youlden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely building with a real fire and quaint old-charm atmosphere - severly let down by very sullen, almost rude service from the waiter. The food we had and what we saw others served was very average. We had very high hopes but were very sadly disapointed.

The food is fantastic with a large variety of dishes and some great Austrian classics - the roast venison was particularly good. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for an authentic Austrian meal with bags of charm.

A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a Tiroler Gröstl. I would not go there again, very oily, very much potatoes with bacon only, no other meat and a sad looking salad. Also, other dishes looked like deep-fried as standard, rather baked etc. There are surly nicer places in Söll.
A	André B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is really good and the staff is friendly. But the food: Not so much. I had a "Grillteller" (mixed Grill) which was listed as a Chef's specialty. However: The meat wasn't warm and it was dry and chewy. So if this is a Chef's specialty, it doesn't promise anything good for the rest. However, it must be said that the red sauce that came with it was really good Salsa. As desert I ordered "Cheesecake with fruit". Well. There was fruit, but it really wasn't more than a bit of garnish. There is literally more fruit on a cocktail in the "Schulhaus" restaurant nearby. The cheesecake itself was more like a vanilla custard than an actual cheesecake.
C	Chrisy Parsons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a table here for dinner one evening, staff seemed quite busy but were still friendly. Nice atmosphere inside, quite cosy. There were 9 of us and they did a good job bringing the food out close together. The food was OK, not bad but we have had better elsewhere in Söll.
