A	Alan Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relaxed camp site with excellent facilities. The on-site cafe bar serves good food in generous portions and also has a house beer brewed by Ottokringer. It's an easy 10-12 minute walk from the main station and town centre can be reached by walking along the bank of the Danube. Turn left when you get to the fountain with Attila the Hun in it.

If you are staying in a tent be a war that there care two areas - one by the main entrance and close to the showers etc (noisy) and the quiet one which is way down the end of the campground - need your bike to get to the toilet.

Book a table if you can as it gets very busy but they always fit you in, even if that means seating you with other guests with space at their table!

The only downside was, in our case, the low power electricity. We could not even start our diesel heater, lights were flickering etc.

Plenty of showers and toilets but has all the downsides of a larger campsite near a large city, namely crowded and busy. I can't fault them for the half dozen drunk boys who came back singing at 5am, but I can for having squeezed about 25 tents into an area I would have considered tight for 10 at any other campsite. A decent choice if you need to stop around here, but if not you might be better off continuing on...
