★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten Glück konnten gestern ohne Reservierung mit unsern Rädern von Ottensheim nach Linz mitfahren. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Schiffsführer. Getränke gibts auch an Bord. War super schön und machen wir sicher wieder. ?
If we were lucky yesterday we could ride our bikes from Ottensheim to Linz without a reservation. Very nice and helpful skipper. There are also drinks on board. It was super nice and we will definitely do it again. ?

hier wurde eine tolle idee (um nicht zu sagen vision) ebenso toll umgesetzt, technisch interessant und freundliche, gut gelaunte skipper.
da zufällig beim anlegen beobachtet sind wir spontan nach ottensheim gefahren, entspannt und kurzweilig die donau hoch (und nach einem besuch beim hervorragenden italiener am fähranleger) die ungewohnten perspektiven noch einmal bei der rückfahrt genossen.
wenn man jemandem gerne etwas ungewöhnliches zeigen oder sich selbst ein paar gemütliche stunden aus dem alltag herausnehmen möchte: absolute empfehlung!

Here a great idea (not to say vision) was implemented just as well, technically interesting and friendly, good-humored skipper.
as we happened to be observed while mooring, we spontaneously drove to ottensheim, relaxed and entertaining up the danube (and after a visit to the excellent italian at the ferry terminal) enjoyed the unfamiliar perspectives on the return journey.
if you would like to show someone something unusual or if you want to take a few cozy hours out of everyday life: absolute recommendation!
