★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambient is nice, on the base of the Danube tower. The only reason why we came here was because the restaurant on top was fully booked for the next few hours. We took 2 irish coffes and 2 pieces of cake and the bill was 22e. And i cant say that coffe or cake was anything special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A colleague of mine recommended going to Donaubräu. Easy to reach by U1 and a little walk through the park.
It was worth going. The quality of the dishes and service was outstanding. I hardly realized that they just had opened the place.
The prices are moderate for what you get. Mouthwatering burger, traditonal Austrian cuisine and amazing desserts...in my opinion there is something for every taste.
They got their own branded beer which is tasty and easy to drink. Big wine menu too.
We will be back for sure! Waiting for summer time and the Biergarten to open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was really good and quite filling. I found the prices to be reasonable, although the drinks were somewhat expensive.
Nice seating indoors and outdoors. Lovely setting and relatively quiet.
When we ordered, the waiter told us it would take about a half hour for our food to come, as they were quite busy. We waited over an hour for our food, but we were not in a hurry. In fact, we enjoyed talking what our table, although my kids did get tired of waiting.
Even with the wait, I would still return to visit the Donaubräu. :-)
