Herr .... gab mir nur 2x 5 Stück worauf ich fragte warum ich den nicht mehr bekämme, erhielt ich als Antwort das die vom Land aus wären weil Sie keine bekommen. Heute habe ich in einer anderen Apotheke nachgefragt, worauf mir geantwortet wurde das das nicht stimmen würde, Sie müssten nur bestellt werden. Ich bekam Sie übrigens nicht mehr nach da die Gratistests bereits auf der E-Card vermerkt waren !!! Picked up the Corona free tests in this pharmacy yesterday. Lord .... only gave me 2x 5 pieces whereupon I asked why I couldn't get it anymore, the answer I received was that they were from the country because they weren't getting any. Today I asked another pharmacy what the answer was that that would not be true, you just have to be ordered. Incidentally, I did not get it again because the free tests were already noted on the e-card !!!
C	Christoph Strassenegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde freundlich und kompetent beraten, was besonders ist dass man dort nicht nur Englisch als Fremdsprache spricht sondern auch russisch und rumänisch. Das habe ich zumindest selbst gehört.... Sortiment ist riesig auch bei ausgefallenen Wünschen, ich brauchte eine zu meinem Arbeitgeber passende Maske (Rotes Kreuz).... kann ich nur empfehlen!!! I was given friendly and competent advice, which is special because they not only speak English as a foreign language, but also Russian and Romanian. At least that's what I've heard myself .... The range is huge, even with unusual requests, I needed a mask that matches my employer (Red Cross) .... I can only recommend it!
B	Birgit Herzog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde zuerst vergessen und dann sehr unfreundlich bedient, ich war so aufgelöst, dass ich in Tränen ausgebrochen bin; dann habe ich mich beschwert, die Dame hat mich dann noch einmal angeflogen, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen und ist dann schimpfend nach hinten verschwunden. Basiskompetenzen im Kundenkontakt fehlen hier gänzlich. Ich frage mich, warum man so eine unfähige Person einstellt. Es gibt auf dem Arbeitsmarkt so viele freundliche und willige Menschen. Nie wieder Donauapotheke. Lieber etwas weiter fahren und dafür lächelnd nach Hause gehen. I was first forgotten and then served very unkindly, I was so upset that I burst into tears; then I complained, the lady then flew to me again instead of apologizing and then disappeared backwards cursing. Basic skills in customer contact are completely missing here. I wonder why you hire such an incompetent person. There are so many friendly and willing people on the job market. Never again Danube pharmacy. It's better to drive a little further and go home smiling.
A	Alexander Fusz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte am Mittwoch eine tolle Begegnung mit einer ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen namens Laetitia H. Super freundlich, nett, zuvorkommend und sehr kundennah. Mein Produkt war leider nicht vorrätig und musste bestellt werden, kein Problem die Dame machte klare Auskünfte und somit keimen keine Fragen auf. Rasch und schnell in der Abwicklung und dennoch stets freundlich und trotz Maske war ein Lächeln erkennbar. Leider blieb meine Recherche auf Social Media ergebnislos, da ich mich nochmal persönlich bedanken wollte. Respekt und Anerkennung kommt oft viel zu kurz. Hoffe dich erreicht diese Bewertung und ich würd mich freuen mich persönlich bei dir bedanken zu dürfen. ? On Wednesday I had a great encounter with one of her employees named Laetitia H. Unfortunately, my research on social media was inconclusive because I wanted to thank you personally again. Respect and recognition are often neglected. P	Patricia Racz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde gestern ein Flohspray für Katzen verkauft der für meine katzen nicht geeignet war ich habe extra alles nachgefragt weil ich angst hatte etwas falsch zu machen erstens wurde mir falsch erklärt wie man es aufträgt zum glück nochmal nachgelesen und es richtig gemacht dann habe ich nicht nur einmal nachgefragt ob es für die kleinen geeignet ist meine sind beide 5-6 monate alt mir wurde versichert das es passen würde aufjedenfall liegen jetzt beide seit gester nacht 22.00 uhr ihm tierklinikum mit einer vergiftung auf rücksprache mit der apotheke hat die fachkraft nur versucht sich auszureden da angenlich mir alles anders erklärt wurde zum beispiel das ich vorcher mit dem tierartzt reden sollte was nicht stimmt sie meine nur wenn es nicht besser wird mit den flöhen sollten sie zum tierartzt . Jetzt sitzte ich auf einer 780 € Tierartzt rechung weil ich so schlecht beraten wurde als entschädigung wollten sie mir ein 50€gutschein geben .. Die Dame dort war sehr freundlich und man konnte ihr nettes lächeln trotz Maske mit Freude erkennen. Was there this afternoon and was served extremely courteously and competently. (Meine Erfahrung mit den Mitarbeitern) Heute wollte mein Mann sein Rezept einlösen, da die falsche Stückanzahl drauf stand. Meinte die Mitarbeiterin sie müsste meinen Mann schief an lassen. Er müsse doch selbst wissen das dies falsch ist und das die es nicht auf Lager haben. Er solle sich gefälligst früher um sein Rezept kümmern. Wo nehmen die sich das Recht so mit Menschen zu reden?
